I first met Marcia Coffey 15+ years ago, when she originally designed the website for a dentist that I worked for. Working with Marcia was effortless and the product she produced was far superior to others available. Most importantly, under her supervision, traffic was driven to the business and the website proved to be very successful. Since then, I contracted Marcia to design a website for my husbands business; Golden Moments Jewelers, as well as my services; Weddings By Darrylyn. Amazing websites were designed. We decided to hire a web designer to give us a professional looking website for our new business . We found J&M group through a Google search and the recommendation of a friend. They were very easy to work with, paid a lot of attention to detail, and ultimately gave us the website that we envisioned. Marcia provided excellent guidance and support throughout the process and support once the site was built. We highly recommend them!

We have been working with Marcia at J&M Group for over 8 years and she has been an invaluable resource for our digital marketing/website campaign. She is knowledgeable and responsive to our marketing needs and is always thinking about ways to improve our inbound marketing.

Don't give a deposit! We gave a 50% deposit at the beginning of July, in response to their proposal to build a website / online store. After losing our materials regularly, asking repeatedly for the password (which we had given in a text and could be pulled up any time), asking that I hire other groups to do work they previously agreed to do because they now said it was beyond their skill (on our dime, above the contracted price) and refusing to provide a project plan on the progress of work, at the end of November, five months after receiving the deposit, without building the website/store, we received an email, saying they were quitting the contract. They have refused to refund the deposit. There are many options out there. If you decide to use this group, which our experience suggests would be a mistake, simply make them deliver the product before you pay anything. See how they respond to that. We have reviewed the below response. The problem with it is that the false belief was yours and the apology is not sincere. YOU gave us the proposal. YOU recommended Shopify. Then, when you started struggling, YOU recommended we hire an additional 3rd party at additional cost to us, which we did. But even after that, and after I hired two additional people to go behind you and clean up (again, on my dime) and got a third to agree to coach/advise you (which you did not want to use), YOU still could not / would not do the basic data entry, nor would you provide any project plan to allow us to review progress. If you are truly sorry for getting in over your head and not delivering the work under the contract, simply return the deposit. That would be the right thing to do.

Marcia Coffet designed a beautiful, infomative webiste for my home care company. She was very responsive, know how to position and promote your site. All at a fraction of the cost quoted to be other designers. I will continue to use Marcia for social networking and other projects.
