How many stars can you give a web hosting company? 10? If that's the max, I give WebResultsInc 20. I'm from a generation that knows next to nothing about IT, my internet presence, hosting, or any of that stuff, and yet I rely on it heavily. But I don't need to know anything because for many years, WebResults has handled everything I need to know. One of many things I love about this company is not just that they are so damn smart and right every single time I have asked them anything, they are also so pleasant. And quick! I once called them in a panic over a holiday weekend; someone responded, and the problem was promptly solved. Final thing to say for now - I know that some of my requests and questions to WebResults must seem uncommonly stupid, but no one there has ever made me feel embarrassed. They just fix the problem with a smile.

I was very disappointed that I was charged for food I didn't order and wasn't given an opportunity to make a decision about what I order. I ordered a personal pizza, cinnamon sticks and the Cinnabon. The Cinnabon was to take to someone for breakfast in the morning. Plus extra icing. When I received my order I got the pizza and a large box with 2 orders of cinnamon sticks that had hardly any cinnamon and taste like very buttery bread sticks. Nobody here likes the cinnamon sticks except 2 small children and now I have breadsticks that I will be throwing away most of them. When I called to talk to the manager I was to.d they don't have Cinnabons so THEY decided to give me something I didn't want. When I tried to explain all he kept saying was you got double cinnamon sticks. I paid $40 and got personal pizza and greasy bread that nobody wants. The manager was very rude and when I said that I guess I get nothing and have to pay for things I didn't order he didn't say a word. I have been a manger for over 30 years and that is definitely not the way to run a business. I will never go to this place again.

Their tech support was the worst I've dealt with - ever. Haven't had much better luck with reaching anyone. Seems to be a one man show...

The company was very helpful in all stages of our business together and was significantly above and beyond in terms of customer support. Great service all around.
