This company has done a lot of work for me and I've never been disappointed. I found them while looking for someone to rebuild my desktop, troubleshoot it and bring it up to date. They were so prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and personable that I have used them for many other PC and electronics needs. I highly recommend Rosetech.

We used Rosetech Solutions to install security cameras. We were pleased with the free estimate and communications about what we wanted compared to his recommendations. They showed up on schedule and completed the job. We had to call Muhammad a couple of times due to our lack of experience with cameras. His continued support with our system has been great. He's honest and easy to work with. You can contact him after hours and get a response when you have issues or questions. Also had him service my laptop that I thought would have to replaced in the immediate future. It seems now it may last me for years to come! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Muhammad, Rosetech Solutions LLC for any technology needs you may need help or advice with. He has always been kind and helpful, and when we hired him to do some repairs to our PC and laptop, it was only after he gave us a free diagnostic, no charge! Turn around is quick (I think we got our items back the next day), and he is always in communication with you whether it is to give an update or answering a question via text or otherwise. Any time I have had a question, I've reached out and he was quick, honest, gave recommendations, and was ALWAYS helpful and pleasant. He is one of the good guys.

Muhammad has come to my rescue several times! I work from home and need my laptop on a daily basis. I don't have a lot of downtime. He'll pick up my laptop at the end of the day and have it back to me the next morning! You don't find service like that anywhere, well, without a hefty price tag anyway!! He is a very nice man and is extremely knowledgeable about everything IT. He even tried his best to make one good iPhone out of 3. They were too far gone but that just shows you he'll try to help you save a buck when he can! If you're reading reviews you must be hesitant on contacting him. Don't be, you'll be happy to have his help and expertise

Muhammad has certainly lived up to his reputation. For several years I've seen him highly recommended and finally messaged him today to see when he'd be able to come by. Fifteen minutes later he was at our house and addressed every issue we had. What a great guy too! You can't beat the price either

My wife's laptop was overheating and I reached out to Muhammad based on the reviews I had seen on Facebook. I told him what I thought was wrong and he agreed, ordered the parts, and a few days later came and picked up the laptop. He had it all fixed up and returned in a couple hours. He charges a reasonable rate and didn't try to upset anything you didn't need. Highly recommend.

Muhammad is awesome. He checked my diagnostics over internet. He was honest and did not try to take advantage. He actually came and picked up Computer and delivered it back in the same day. He put a new hard drive in it and if I wasn't happy he would take it out and there would be no charge. Great customer service!!!

I have known Muhammed of Rosetech Solutions LLC for maybe 2 years now. I first contacted him about a Laptop that was DEAD. He came out and he trouble shot it and unfortunately it was pretty much DOA. Probably didn't help that I had done much of the disassembly myself just to get to the CMOS battery which I had expected to be the problem.. Wasn't the problem and motherboard/Graphics/Power supply were all going to be more expensive to replace than to just buy a new one. Honesty from him saved me spending more than the Laptop was worth. Charge for diagnostic and time? Zero! But I did reimburse him for travel and his time with a stipend. Sometime later my self-made desktop graphics card failed and being on in years I wasn't prone to crawling on the floor to pull the behemoth out and try to clean and fix it myself, so I called Muhammed again and he came out and he installed a previous graphics card I had and got the computer back up and running, and even cleaned the whole works all in less than an hour. Very reasonable charges. I decided when looking at new graphics cards to buy I could replace the old behemoth computer with a new ASIS with all the latest bells and whistles for almost the cost of the graphics cards after the chip shortage. I ordered the new computer and called Muhammed to help get the old one out and the new one installed and setup. Within the day he was out and had it setup and initialized and all my data restored and running. Again, a very reasonable cost. One day I needed to make a dump run and put a FB post on the local Neighborhoods group and he called me and offered to help. Finally, yesterday I called him about my home security camera system that got out of whack when I saw his post about installing home security system cameras. He popped over tonight to give me an estimate and within an hour had all the cameras realigned and looking good. Again, a very reasonable cost. You're not going to find a more honest, knowledgeable company with the best interpersonal skills ad Muhammed from Rosetech Solutions. If I still had my Compter business I'd hire the guy.
