We were having issues printing in color on our commercial grade Brother printer we purchased in 2020 for personal use. After troubleshooting with Brother over the phone for 45 minutes, it was recommended we take it in for servicing to a licensed repair shop, and Brother recommended Altec. We were reluctant to invest more money on this machine and considered purchasing a new one, but ultimately decided to bring it in to Altec because the new model uses different ink cartridges and they are rather expensive Our color cartridges were almost full. My husband spoke with Jenn at Altec and brought it in to the store. Jeremy, the tech, took a look and the repair was a simple one. We were charged for a half hour for labor and the part needed, a very inexpensive cost in the end. Both Jenn and Jeremy were professional, kind and what inspired this review ... honest. This business could have charged us more for diagnostic labor time and parts we didn't need and we would never have known. We would highly recommend Altec Business Technology to both businesses and consumers. Honest people doing honest work ... a rare gem in these times. Many thanks ... for the great repair (works perfectly), great service, and restored faith that there are honest businesses in our community. 10/10 stars and our gratitude!!

So I went today to get my pc cleaned out and manage the cables customer service was amazing price was fair almost to good to be true I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in they showed me how to manage cables and clean my pc and gave me tips and advice highly recommend if your a gamer needing help with anything on ur pc here are my before and after I visited for the first time. 10/10 will come again

I order toner cartridges every other month from Altec and I have my order within 2 days and when they are out if stock 2 to 4 days. Customer service is top notch and Jen always has the answers to all my questions on my supplies. The delivery drivers are on point with finding my office as hidden as it is. Very quick and friendly. Definitely recommend them for all your business needs. They have always been able to help me.

Greg is the BEST hands down, & no he didn't bribe me to say that. Great group of workers; knowledgeable, friendly and will work to find you a great deal. At my company we use them for all our toner and printer issues & they are prompt & reliable.
