The Akuwa staff are experts a remote setup and monitoring, sending us alerts many times before we have even arrived in the office. They took my idea and said don't worry about it, we'll take care of it. The next thing, I get a nice invoice in the mail for a couple of hundred dollars. I said dam something so easy to fix, why I didn't I just do it myself, but I wasn't thinking it going to cost an arm and a leg. Here what I have to say about IT Consultants like Akuwa. Save yourself money and fix it yourself. Call Dell or Microsoft for support. It's cheaper to pay them, I never meet an IT Guru that doesn't have to call support to fix a problem. Save your money and don't pay these $180 or so per hour fees. There is support for hardware and software which doesn't charge per hour. Most charge per case and sometimes support is free with the purchase.
