My wife and I can't say enough nice things about Franklin and Sarasota Networks. From initial conception to final installation, the project was executed with precision, knowledge, and professionalism. We ended up with a superb home network. Franklin when above and beyond the bare requirements of the job, interfacing effectively with the internet provider, and even took care of such mundane things as correctly positioning our big screen TVs and helping us with the audio/video connections and wiring. The job was complicated and a challenge, as we had combined two adjacent condominiums into one winter residence, but Franklin dealt with all the attendant issues quite effectively. He even took the time to patiently answer my questions and update my knowledge of the installation at a level commensurate with my technical competence and understanding. Franklin and Sarasota Networks has been doing an awesome job maintaining my PC, Laptop, Network Security, QuickBooks, Printers Internet and wireless. Sarasota Networks did a great job for me. I have been in the IT business for decades and have had the opportunity to use plenty of technical people. Franklin was very detailed and efficient in diagnosing and mapping out a solution for my home office. Not only did he install and configure a very robust wireless system but also managed to simplify many of the components. He also upgraded and tuned my computer system to manage everything. He is very competent on dealing with complex systems as well as the simple ones. He has a very scalable operation so I would use him for any job, large to small. Plus he is a good guy.

I had a hacker in my system for 6 years and went through various windows desktops, laptops and apple desktops. I also worked as a Senior Software Developer fighting this guy non-stop destroying my machines, me fixing them and having him eventually destroying them to the point of no return. It was a big game for this hacker. I was emotionally at my wits end and knew I had to do something drastic. I called Franklin at Sarasota Networks and he created a custom high speed desktop PC. He built and installed a full private network with a firewall, server and built in security like I have never seen as a 15 year software developer. He also took my destroyed HP windows laptop and rebuilt it with the newest software and put it on the network. I was hesitant with Franklin at first but we developed a relationship of trust. He is amazing. I have not seen any sign of a hacker and I wont because of Franklin's expertise. He has built me an incredible safe system and would recommend Franklin with the highest regards. He always makes himself available for questions and I know I am in great hands. You wont find a better network specialist or IT support personnel than Franklin!!!!

Franklin is a genius at computer diagnostics and repair! Was asked for information. Told they would stop by never did. Was asked about my warranty told they wouldn't touch it under warranty and I understand gave them my end date warranty as asked and got a reply a few days later saying they want to focus on more manageable customers they have and to go else where. I still have the email saved. 4000 dollar pc having some issues and just asked if they would take a look at it as my availability is open to whenever. If they deny or say anything false I have it all saved. As to what the problem was and why they changed their minds not sure. I even had long conversations with one of the main guys won't say his name unless I have to but not a clue to why they did a 180 on me. hopefully your experiences are different
