This is a horrible company to do business with. They were unethical and manipulative and had multiple opportunities to let us know they were in over their heads and lied. Repeatedly. Not only did they underscope our project, but once they realized it they never told us. Fast forward months (until 3 weeks before deliverables were due) they tell us "this project is bigger than we thought" and I asked "will this affect delivery date?" We were told absolutely not. One week before the date of delivery they met with us to discuss Phase 2 of our project... which was never discussed and we hadn't seen Phase 1. In their Phase 2 proposal they listed, literally, all the things we scoped in Phase 1 (that they assured us we would be receiving in ~1 week) and told us this would take an additional 8-9 months and an additional ~$14k/month. They delivered this in a completely casual manner and feigned shock when I was completely distraught. They offered us a myriad of solutions and then ignored us for well over a week. Multiple emails and follow ups were ignored by Sean Sukys, our sales person, and Will Polliard, his manager. When I finally said, "This is clearly not a priority and we want a full refund," I got an immediate response from Will, falling on his sword saying, "this was all my fault for not responding, not the business, we will refund you." It was so clear they did not want to actually right the ship. They didn't want us to take any other option - they wanted out. They screwed us out of so much time AND money. Despite our full refund, we waited a great deal of time and had to follow up several times to receive it. They also solicited us to engage over $22k dollars of assistance from our previous tech consultants to migrate information and understand our business. They were asking us to book for, and pay for, this other company's time over months and months (up until the week of our meeting the week before the committed delivery date). Bluleadz knew that they had no deliverables; no way to integrate the data they were asking to have exported, no way they were going to be able to do what they agreed to and, yet, they made us incur over $22k on their behalf. To say this company screwed my solo-preneur business is an understatement. They knew 2-3 weeks into this project that Sean Sukys had underscoped this and not one single person talked to me. To date, no one other than these 2 sales people has connected with me. I would have expected that Rob or Eric would have reached out for such a colossal screw up, but no. We have heard nothing after 5 months of "work" and 3 months post "refund."

I don't know if any of the reviews here are legitmate, but let me share why this company does not do a great job. I was over sold, and under delivered on a bill of goods. First, I was told I would receive them integrating all our clients data including their documents, never happened, they sent me a video on how to do it myself. They rushed through everything over 10 weeks, leaving so many workflows and sequences broken. Many of our follow up emails that they did set up had spelling and grammatical errors. The CRM Implementation is so convoluted and messy that it looks as if they put everything together with masking tape. I explained the process flow for what we needed done and the two girls I worked with, missed the mark. They finished half of the process and if I move someone to a certain process workflow, the process does nothing, it's a part of the flow with nothing behind it. So it does nothing. I have had to reach out to Hubspot multiple times to get help repairing many of the workflows because they set up so many of them incorrectly. I had to reach out to the COO/VP of Bluleadz and explain what was going on, including the training that was rushed within an hour. He provided us additional training sessions which the person on the other end was so uncomfortable being on the video call with me. As I started going through the CRM Implementation work they did I found so many issues, broken workflows, and sequences and things they did so lackadasical that I am embarressed that I hired this company. If you work with this company I would so recommend you actually check the work literally every single time they do anything which in my opinion should not be necessary when you pay a company close to $10k. I have noticed that they have no ability to admit when they dropped the ball and it goes from the top on down. I didn't get any apology from the COO to say they dropped the ball here. He didn't even go through my account to see the issues, broken workflows or anything. It was more or less here's an additional 4 training sessions with someone who is uncomfortable working with you because of what transpired. The fact that I had to reach out to the Bluleadz COO is digusting in and of itself. I so wanted to give this company a great review and share that they did a great job and that I did enough vetting through my research to say I hired a wonderful company but in this case I cannot. Even our past and current follow ups are not even working right. Many of our clients are getting multiple of the same follow ups we created, like for ie.. a 7 day follow up multiple times confusing our clients. If you review their google reviews you will see the garbage this company actually is. Please, please, please think twice or three times before you consider working with this company, and if you do, make damn sure you get every single thing you have discussed to work on in the contract. And, double check their work every single week because they made so many mistakes on my project and hid a bunch of the work they didn't complete. It was too late for me to do anything about them after the fact when I now have to go through everything they did and fix it all as if it was never completed. I'd recommend literally firing every single person who was involved with this project including the COO who has no empathy or leadership acumen. I recognize it was my responsibility to check their work and make sure they did things right, but I was ignorant when it came to this crm. They took advantage of that thinking I'd not notice until later that they fudged so many things or didn't even complete something. Just an absolute disaster. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I am one to write positive reviews for just about every single place I go, including fast food places. I understand that most people only write reviews when they are unhappy. But I feel like if this isn't said they are just going to brush me aside and keep moving forward instead of using this as a "lessons learned."

Terrible wast of money. I hired them to build out hubspot as a CRM for my company and was left with a product that is unusable and doesn't check any of the boxes we need. $5,000 later i have a CRM that i feel like i could have built myself. Nothing even close to the demo that we got.

We hired Bluleadz to build Hubspot automation and get us ready for an outgoing marketing campaign. Personnel has changes a couple of times during our 6 week project. Certain things were left in limbo and I feel this investment was a waste of money. We're looking to hire a new team to redo what Bluleadz unsuccessfully attempted. Disappointed!
