Our experience with Kliken's Google Ads service has been nothing short of frustrating. It took over **30+ days** and the campaign is still not approved, after paying for a full month, we received zero clicks and no sales. The customer support has been nearly non-existent--after a single response, we've only received automated replies ever since. This has been a shocking and disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

if there is less option then one star, i will go for it. if you want to waste your money, go for klikens. worst experience, i still have my budget with them and my campaign is running. but this will be my last experience with them. i never see such type of worst support, even support do not know how to manage the things. i am running a campaign of 650$, and my concern is to increase my appearance in google search. i talk to them, after wasting several days, Alex (support member) told me to increase the budget to increase your visibility in google search. i add 850$ more into my account. Now i got same daily spending, same impressions and same clicks which was on 650$ campaign. now when i complaint, they are asking we do not give guarantee for anything. i do not have any record of my 850$ whether it will be added to the account or not. don't go with them and save your money

A complete rip-off. Read the other one-star reviews: these are no anomaly. They don't even pretend to deliver the product they market. Their support team ranges from incompetent to non-existent. I scheduled a support call and no one called me. Not at the scheduled time or ever. I emailed the agent and it bounced as mailbox full. Later, I was told they "were unable" to reach me. I own a technology company and I found their "help" files not helpful, which seems to define the entire organization. As far as I can tell, the only skills they possess are a talent for taking your money and ignoring you immediately afterwards. Run!

The company's customer support was slow to respond, and their answers often seemed contradictory or irrelevant. The most concerning aspect of my experience was the company's refusal to grant me access to advertising account. Kliken claimed ownership of these accounts, leaving me powerless to address the ongoing issues.( Note: They registered the account with Google under my company name and took copies of the company's official papers from me to officially register it with them.) Based on my experience, potential customers should be aware of the following red flags: Lack of transparency: The company's operating procedures and mechanisms may not be clearly explained. This company is a complete waste of time!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Their ads do not return on investment, I started 3 FB campaigns w/ them, and 2 weeks later still nothing. I contacted them and they said the ads were still pending. When I create my on FB ad, they are active in less than an hour. I asked them to cancel the campaigns, and they still charged me over $75 to do nothing!!! Their customer service is horrible and will ignore your support requests for weeks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Let me start by saying that I think this company/product has the potential to be good or even great. However, their agents are so horrendous that there is no way to look at this company in a positive light. Every team member I have spoken to at this company lies about their product or how it works. There is no way to get honest and clear answers about how their product works because they are so deceptive. Examples of questions I have asked: "Does your company run product ads on Google?" Rep- "No we are just a middle man between you and your merchant center." Their own website has a section just for Google ads. Me - "What's the difference between you running the ads and me running them? Rep 2- When you run ads through us opposed to Google smart shopping ads, they show up all over the web and not just on Google." Me - That's not accurate, Google Smart Shopping ads show up across a large number of Google partner sites...." Rep 2- "Yes." You can tell their reps are so accustomed to giving any answer they want to questions without any oversight. That makes it extremely difficult to fix problems or trust their company. I've had to fix 100% of the problems with my own product listings and ads so far. This company has been more of a hindrance than an asset. It's easier to actually setup and run your own Merchant Center than it is to depend upon this company. Do not reply upon them to solve or fix any problems or communicate in a timely manner.

KLIKEN IS WONDERFUL. a little slow on the initial response (of course we all want instantaneous info), but they really came thru: Customer Service from most providers these days has been perfunctory, talking about the problem without supplying specifc actionable information, dismissive. Kliken, is different, in my limited experience. Their response was spot-on, workable and they even gave me 2 alternative methodologies as well. I appreciate that they are unique. and, I'm emailing them other questions after I post this.

I feel so disappointed after using this company called kliken. First they debit their $150 for the campaign and tell you that google takes 5-7 business days to approve your website for google shopping ads. It's been over 15 days now and 10 business days and I still haven't gotten any feedback from them. I've tried contacting them as well tirelessly all to no avail. If I had read reviews before making a decision I'm not sure I would have used this company. Right now as I am writing no one has replied me irrespective of the emails I've tried sending to them. If you intend to use this company I'll advise you to think twice and or find a better option who values their customers and provides adequate support for clients. // UPDATE TO MY LAST COMMENT Turns out while filling the form, I used the business email and this was obviously different from my billing email. I had received several updates in regards to my campaign but they all went to the business email which I wasn't in control of. Right now the support has been a lot better and I'm looking forward to the start of my campaign hopefully. More updates coming... // MORE UPDATES Seems like their reply was as a result of my comment. I adjusted all the little details on my website as they demanded and still there was no success. For anyone thinking of using this company my honest advice is save yourself the stress and money.
