MiTek Software Solutions

We have been using MiTek Software for 3 months now and completely satisfied. My marketing manger used another for 1 year and spent well over $700 a month in website cost. I do not know much about websites but Andre in account management explained everything to us which made sense. The website came out exactly how I expected it and we have received 10x more calls so far than our old provider. Great work.

This is my experience with this company, and also with others is why I pick-up training books on subjects as website building, SEO and research the internet along with youtube for knowledge. Though my websites may not be the prettiest but they have gain me profitable income for my business. The same software that these companies are using you can get the manuals off the internet and save yourself, headache, and money. This company was very impressive when THEY CALLED ME........ However they failed to stand up to the hype. They have very poor customer service. You constantly speak with different people to try and relay what you want on your website only to have them say well so and so is your account manager I'll have him to call you. That can be a 2, to 3 day wait. Well, if that was the case why didn't he call instead of you. They can not get your information correct, and not prompt on delivery. To add when I did speak with my account manager he made it sound like I should be happy to work with Mitek. I was also told that normally since I had a small package that I will not get much results from their setup and SEO. However, this is the package that the sales person presented to me along with the price. So he suggested that I go to a much higher package. To close boy I'm glad I did not, more money would have been wasted. My suggestion to whom it may concern is may want to try doing some things yourself, because I feel that some of these web designers do not know no more then you....... Beware

Such a horrible experience with this company! Lack of customer service, lack of expertise, and because of a grudge they hold, not only did they put down my website, but they lied about my account! It's like a bunch of teenage web developers owning a small company and running it like a candy shop! I do not recommend this people to build your website!

REALLY REALLY CORRUPT. CRIMINAL. KEPT CHARGING MY BANK ACCOUNT AFTER I CANCELLED. LIKELY OUT OF BUSINESS BY NOW OR PRINCIPLES ARE HEADED TO PRISON. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY.

Horrible service these fools didnt even give me a contract until i cancelled my account which is illegal
