This is not a reliable or legitimate agency. I hired Oleg to build my IDX site and transfer my current site. The project was supposed to take 6-9 months, and ended up taking 2.5 years, which was never completed. The project initially started well, however the communication began to drop off and he started dodging calls and making excuses of why he was delayed. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and waited for him to deliver the site even though there were major red flags. Upon transferring the site, he did not properly complete the SEO work that was outlined in our contract which caused my rankings, traffic, and conversions to plummet. When I urged for him to correct these issues, he refused to fix them unless I paid him more money, even though it was very clear in our contract what was expected from him. Oleg doesn't have the resources, nor the know how of running an agency properly. He has zero project management & communication skills, his frontend skills are middling, and he is very misleading & dishonest. If you have an issue, there is no one else to contact at his "agency" as he outsources all of his work in Russia. He was in way over his head for my project and likely ran out of money and took zero ownership for his incompetencies. I learned that he didn't have his company legally active with the state, and only reactivated it once I threatened legal action, which just shows what type of operation this guy is running. This is a person who doesn't honor his contracts and hides behind his computer when you call him out on his shoddy work. More of a hack than anything else.
