Monogram

Company did great developing a high standard of who they want you to believe they are. After developing our site they left code on many portions of our pages. Literally some of the worst communication i've ever dealt with, weeks and months without affective resolve or communication on key things pertaining to the site. AI was used to write the text body of the site allowing for really strange content that was posted to our page. After telling them to fix these issues multiple times conveniently enough our card expired on file, after they stopped being paid they posted a Rick Role video in place of our business page. Making a joke of every person going to visit our site. Im laughing a bit now about it but the two guys that run this show are lacking in professionalism as well as not having the ability to produce adequate, intelligent design specifically pertaining to industries outside of typing code. More than one call consisted of vulgar language from one of them, this was before any issues of them not doing their job were ever brought to their attention, very unprofessional. I was also sent a bill from them during this time requesting payment for the months that he posted a Rick Role video in place of my website. He tried leveraging my login to the domain and subsequent portions of my property in return of me paying him to host my site for the video he pandered my clients with.

We used Monogram to build our Shopify e-commerce sight and it was a great experience. Their staff is friendly and responds in a very timely manner. They met all of our needs even when we had a tight deadline! We will absolutely do business with them again.
