My wi fi problems have been a source of annoyance for a decade. We built a two story out building on our property and the Internet and wi fi were spotty at best. After seemingly endless YouTube videos analyzing other people with this problem I knew that I would have to break down and hire the top professional. I called Matt and he told me I needed to upgrade my equipment and sent me the Amazon link for what I needed. Prime delivery meant next day delivery and Matt came over the following morning and without difficulty opened, set up and installed the new appliances and helped me change over all my computers, printers, etc. to the new link. I don't know what I will do now that I have nothing to complain about! If you chose to call The Technology Squad you won't be disappointed!

I've been turning to Matt to fix my computer problems for several years. In addition to quickly solving technical issues, he's responsive, friendly and most importantly, trustworthy. Just thinking about giving someone remote access to my computer is nerve-racking, but Matt has my complete trust. 5 gold stars for a great person!

Matt is such a superstar. As someone like me that has a small flooring business, I hardly have time to figure out anything IT related. He always answers the phone, he comes in and fixes whatever I need, no matter if it's big or small, and leaves us with a very reasonable rate. Our offices were flooded on two occassions and Matt came to the rescue.
