DO NOT APPLY! VERY JANKY LEASING AGENTS Save your money & apply some where else that will review your application in a timely manor. I had to contact the leasing office several times over a week (7 days) in order to get an update on my application, every time I called it was something new that they didn't realize needed to be address that would had went unnoticed had I never called. My first email stated I was "conditionally approved" & after contacting a leasing agent was advised that I was missing documents after having the agent take a further look she realized she overlooked a document, she then proceeded to tell me my one of my documents won't upload, I redownloaded the pdf and sent via email. 2 days go by and still no response I contact the leasing office again this time being advised I was denied due to "inconsistency in documents". They swear an email was sent but never was & actually sent one while on the phone it was the same exact email word for word verbatim stating I was "conditionally approved" but instead it said "declined" & it had the same reason that it gave when I was "conditionally approved" there was no mentioning of "inconsistency or issue with documents". This place his highly unprofessional & gives false reasonings for their actions. The property manager NESHIA PETTUS refused to speak to me and explain this "reason" I was denied. Just a waste of my time & money nothing I uploaded was false or inconsistent.
