I'm not exactly sure where all the horrible reviews are coming from but I assure you this company is great. From the internet service to customer service. We moved out to the sticks in May 2021 and could not find any providers that service our area except for iwispr. Patients and communication! You must have patience! It took a little while to get it perfect. The first month there was alot of adjustments that had to be made but they did not hesitate. They always came out and adjusted as needed. Yes it took time to get it perfect but it's better than nothing. When living in a area with no other service providers getting service is tricky. However I assure you they will get it done but they can't do so if you do not communicate the problems with them. Since then we've only had 2 problems. One being our fault and the other was just the equipment needing to be updated. The internet is great! We stream several channels. Our phones stay connected when we are home because our phone service sucks. When it rains it does not interrupt our service even with high wind's and snow as well. There has only been 2 times that our service was a little spotty and would buffer. That's absolutely great considering the amount of devices we have connected at all times. TVs, phones,tablets, gaming systems, printer,camers, laptops and so on... I know we've had at least 10 or more connected devices running at once without any interruptions. I try not to allow that many if I can help it but I have kids! If you choose to go with this provider as it's your only option. Please have patients and communicate respectfully. They cannot help you if they don't know what the problem is. I highly recommend this company whether it be your only option or not! Pricing, internet speed, customer service = Its All Great! (For the company- I'm not the account holder my fiance is.)
New to iWispr but so far, the service has been great! Great price for our package that works as expected, paperless billing and payment options easy to deal with, Jamie in customer service was friendly and very helpful! If you have never had to deal with Xfiniti, you will be pleasantly surprised.
I've never had ANY problems paying my bill during working hours, they are always very polite. The wifi is decent, it lags sometimes on the games but for the most part it isn't bad. I just wish they had a 24 hour help line. If it goes out on the weekend, then who do you contact?
An option for those of us that do not have access to either cable or DSL. However if you cannot live with an average of one to two outages per month (typically 3 to 12 hour duration) this option is not for you. Edit 8/14/24. I posted the above about 1 to two years ago after a string of lengthy outages. They have made upgrades that has reduced the frequency and duration of outages to an acceptable level. As a result I would rate 4 stars instead of just 1.
This has to be undeniably the WORSE Internet provider I have ever dealt with. I am paying for their most expensive/highest speed package (10 Mbps EXTREME) and I am extremely frustrated with them. - Most days the speed is less than half of what I am paying for. - It is not only the slow speed, but the intermittent nature of their service. It comes and goes, dropping randomly in the middle of streaming shows or simply browsing the Web. (I will be amazed if I get through posting this without it dropping out at least once.) - It seems like they only are able to answer their phone between the hours of 10 and 11 AM, and 2:30 to 3:00 PM, on alternating weekdays. That's how it seems, anyway. If the service goes out at night, or on a Friday or weekend, or during lunch, or at any other time that they do not happen to be available, too bad. - Since I could not contact them by phone, I dropped by their office. When I went by their office during normal business hours to complain about the slow speed and dropouts, there was no one there. When I finally managed to catch someone there, the person behind the counter simply grinned at me and said they were going to be doing maintenance on my tower "soon". I asked when, and he shrugged. I would only recommend this service to someone I don't like, and whom I wish to frustrate and drive crazy with annoyance.
We are very happy with our service since we bought our cabin in Talking Rock Creek Resort in October 2021. Jamie has been awesome to work with and always willing to help however she can. The best option they offer is to adjust billing/speed when we aren't there. This definitely helps and we have very good service. Thank you for providing internet service in our area snd also for awesome customer service.
I've been with iWispr since 2011 and enjoy the faster internet in my area. If I ever have any concerns I send Jaime a text and she always checks on the problem I'm having and gets back to me. It has been very helpful to get alerts when there are problems. I would highly recommend them.
I live in the middle of nowhere, and my speed is AWESOME. I was very skeptical at 1st, but wow is it fast. Bryson our service tech answered all my wife's questions, and did a great, CLEAN install. Also found out both my neighbors have the service as well and love it. Great job, thank you!!!
