Greg has been working for Bald Ridge Lodge for several months. He has greatly improved our website and google presence, helped with our marketing efforts and created beautiful content.

I hired Greg Tirico, owner of Working Web Media, to handle my Facebook, Google My Business, refresh & host my website on 9/18/23 but the only thing he did was STEAL MY MONEY. After 2 months & not seeing any improvements with my online presence or getting any new customers, I asked him about his progress. He didn't show me any of the work he said that he was doing but told me that the website & Facebook would be completed no later than 11/30/23. I started getting the idea that he was just taking my money but not actually working for me. It appears that he has another job that requires him to work at full time. I realized that he didn't even enable my website contact forms so I wasn't receiving any of these potential customers. Between 11/30 & 12/7, I repeatedly tried to contact him by phone & email. Most were ignored, but when he did reply, he would say that he had been travelling (as usual). I asked him to produce all of the work he insisted that he had been doing, but he was unable to show me anything. NOT ONE THING! On 12/7/23, I fired him & asked for my hard earned money back ($1920). I needed to hire a company that would help me & my business' online presence, not just host my existing website. My business is how I make my living. Asking for the full refund is nothing compared to the major set back he caused me. This loss jeopardized my business & threatened my livelihood. I lost one of my valued employees because I couldn't give him enough hours & my business was in the worst shape since I started 30 years ago. $1920 is nothing compared to the business that I lost last fall. This is a seasonal business & the fall is the second busiest season of the year. Every new customer that I didn't get last fall, is also potentially repeat business I will not get from them in the future, so my loss of business will not be limited to just last year, but future years as well. I had no choice but to sue him in NJ superior court small claims & because he couldn't prove he actually did any work for me, he hid from the court. The judge granted me a judgment against him. WWM complements our company's marketing efforts perfectly. They have evolved with us as our company and market has changed over the last five years. WWM constantly brings new ideas to the table and recommendations to improve overall effectiveness of our online presence. They are able to look at our efforts as a whole.
