96% turnover rate should say a lot. If your black don't even bother getting a job here, they pick at you until they have any reason to let you go. Michelle is the regional lady or whatever she definitely has favorites there. They won't offer a separation notice because they'll fire you without justification. Insurance they offer is horrible. Then they'll take about 60 from your checks, which the first two will always be hella short. They WONT pay overtime. If your job says 8-8 they won't pay you a minute more. Hour breaks that you have to clock out for. Instead of 36/48 hours weeks it's 40/44 minus the hour breaks. It's a scam here. Never make more than 500 a week.

Automation is a place that judges u for the person they meet and not what's on paper and they believe in second chances, they are very professional and have plenty of jobs available if you're ready to work. Ask for Eliza , in my opinion she is the best and most understanding. she will help u on your journey to finding the right job for u and is very professional. HIGHLY recommend #ELIZATHEBEST
