M-Connect was able to help us with all of our e-commerce website needs, from developing a custom theme for Magento to implementing extensions and script customizations. We had searched through many companies and M-Connect was highly recommended for their fast service and great price. They have a vast knowledge of Magento and were able to implement any customization that we needed for our sites. They are very helpful when it comes to troubleshooting and fixing any issues that we come across and they are our go-to whenever we have any questions regarding web issues.

They stood up amongst all; #1 because of their local presence # 2 they understood the requirement and sent me in writing entire project plan with minute details covering the scope of each change and new features. Also, with the time required to complete it #3 I had a vote of confidence when I saw their work on multiple technologies #4 Clearly drafted inclusions and exclusions and clarity in quote which majority of other companies I explored had not disclosed in their initial document and few didn't even want to discuss until I was ready to move further. #5 I was made aware of other cost-effective and efficient options. During the project was in development, constant update on the status was provided. They do all of it starting from implementing, testing and then training. I hired them to even manage my website and support as needed!

We bought the Flat Rate Shipping Per Product extension for Magento 1. In the end we did not need the extension and they refunded us. Everything went well. I can safely recommend.
