Trunow Rewards App

I have been very frustrated with this app. Sometimes they will accept a receipt from a gas station and the next week deny a receipt from the exact same place for the exact same amount. So it is very difficult to earn money from them You can only get the full amount of money earned if you use the money where they tell you. But according there is no place for me to use my money earned so I would only get half the amount of money I earned. Currently the app won't even open so I probably have lost the few dollars I did earn. I wouldn't waste my time again with this app.

I have been trying to get into my app for over a week to scan in another receipt & it won't open. I've tried reaching out but I can't reach anyone to fix this. I'm very unimpressed with this app. Plus you can't make much money on this app. It's very slow to build up. I'd like to cash out whatever I have in there and delete it. But I doubt that will happen so I will not waste any more time in it. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!

Tried to get into app and tried to reload guess all that gas entering I did is no good now. The app in App Store will not load and my app on phone will not open. Can't get member ID if you can't get into app. Just never mind you bunch of scammers

This app was fine until I finally went to cash out. Now my account is deleted. I wasted a lot of time over a couple years to earn all of 21 dollars and now my account is deleted. It is now stuck on sending me a verification code that never comes. Make it make sense. Update: First you provided an incorrect email address. Second, I have tried to log in again, and no success. I have emailed you THREE times on your CORRECT email address and received ZERO response. Also, I cannot give you my ID because you WILL NOT LET ME LOG IN TO SEE IT!!! Someone finally called me and it's now working, however I requested a payment on 6/29/2024 and it's 7/12/2024 and it is still pending. I will change my review if I ever get paid. July 30, 2024 - still not paid. Smh.

I've been using this App for years. Now it won't open at all. If I delete and reinstall, I lose all data which includes my current earnings

What a joke. They told me I had scanned receipts using over 8 different credit card numbers. I've never had that many cards. I've repeatedly told them which few card numbers are valid. I recently lost my debit card and asked them to remove that number and add the new one because they are denying my receipts due to 8+ CC numbers. I just got an email stating that I've already had my cards updated in their database and they will not update it. So...I can't use their app because I can't replace a card??? What a joke. And yes - I agree with the other review here...you have to spend a million dollars to get $5 back from this app. Not worth the headache!!!

Won't allow you to remove credit cards that are no long valid. So I guess now I can no longer add to account. No stations within 3-5 hours to redeem & if instant cash is chosen - 50% goes to PayPal. That's a joke ! Saw lots of complaints that Noone is getting an money off this app.

I used this app for 5 years saving up all my rewards. My phone died and I got a new phone but there are no logins on trunow. So my account doesn't transfer over. I contacted trunow countless times to get my rewards or to access my account. They keep sending me the same things and doesn't even sound like it's coming from someone in the U.S. based on their vocabulary. Such a scam.
