Super helpful, friendly and honest. People come here to diagnose computer problems or just simply upgrade your PC. The staff helped me with my computer problems were very upfront and honest. Very clean and nice store conveniently located. I recommend coming here for all of your computer needs.

We (Paul and Andrea) visited with Matt and Dillon about some home cyber-security problems. Matt offered a number of helpful insights and suggestions that helped clarify our issues. We appreciate their time, expertise, and solution suggestions. They helped put our mind at ease.

Gigabits took one day to access and resolve the issue with my laptop. Matt and Dillon were friendly and explained the discrepancy with my laptop in terms I was able to understand. This experience was memorable in a positive way.

I went in with a very weird problem. They were able to quickly diagnose it, correct it, and add a program to prevent future occurrences. The staff was pleasant and understanding. I can't express enough about how happy I am to find a local computer repair company that I feel to be, honest, helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to take extra time to explain the technological problems and fixes to a non-tech savvy person like myself. Matt was able to assess and fix my computer issue within minutes of walking into Gigabits's store. The shop is in the heart of Pooler's shopping area and they are open on Saturdays! These guys helped me trace down an issue I was having with a gaming rig that I built myself, the communication was top tier and they really put the time into finding the correct resolution to my issue.
