Super friendly and supportive. Brought a corrupted USB drive to another tech shop and they let me know that they would have to bring in a third party to work it, with the bill hitting 80 to diagnose and another 100 to recover. Tweaks by Geeks and their in-house staff took my drive with no up-front cost and let me know diagnostics would be free of charge if they were unable to recover data. They recommended it would be cheaper to purchase my own drive instead of buying one from them. Got my data back within a week

I do not recommend this place to no one, if I could give less than one star I would. I gave them my expensive PC computer for an overheating issue. They claimed that the diagnostic revealed that I will have to replace the fans. They charged me $ 250 to replace both fans. We got the computer back after 2 weeks. the same night, my son tried to play a game on the computer, the same problem occurred again this time worse with one of the fan not turning at all. We took the computer back to them, the lady at the front desk asked us to turn on the computer and trying to play the same game, she automatically noticed that the right fan wasn't turning on, she claimed that she was sorry that happened and they are going to fix it right away. I told her that I am driving out of town the next morning I need the computer back in the evening since it was very early morning that day. She said no problem; you will get it back. We did not hear anything from them that evening. We were supposed to drive very early in the morning we had to wait until they open at 11 am the next morning. Not even they didn't call us in the evening to give any update they didn't bother returning my call. I went there after 11 am the next morning, the guy told me; << ma'am unfortunately I couldn't fix the problem, unfortunately the problem is not the fans, it is the computer board >> He added that I will need $500 dollars to fix it this time. I said to him, you charged me $250 for a problem that you claimed that you fixed but instead got worse and now you are telling me that there's another problem that needs to be fixed for double the price!! That's insane !! I took my computer and left. I would never ever recommend this place to nobody.

The owner is incredibly nice and understanding! I came in looking for a specific laptop charger as no one else in town had it and I desperately needed my laptop for school work, and while they didn't have an extra they could sell me, they did let me use their charger for free at the store until my laptop was back at 100%. I couldn't be more grateful to the extra help they offered and it helped me get through my work until a new charger could be shipped to me.

Tweaks by geeks is a super cool little store where the staff are very helpful! I brought in a burned motherboard and it was fixed in 2 days so they can get a lot of stuff fixed really quickly!

The duo; lady up front and repairman in the back, were patient and knowledgeable when I sought out a simple keyboard repair. I appreciated their honesty and brevity when going over options available to address my needs. Ultimately I was able to perform the repair at home, but I highly recommend anyone seeking knowledge, diagnostics, or to just know what options they have to reach out and contact this business.

I had exceptional experience with Tweaks by Geeks. They were prompt, patient with me, went above and beyond to help the initial concern, extremely skilled at what they do, and I felt very very comfortable with some personal information they worked with. I was not expecting such a great price.Nice to know there are those businesses out there! 5 stars for sure.

Instead of taking my device and repairing it for a cost, she recommended I pursue Dell support. She didn't have to do that. She refused business so that I could save money. Shop Local!!

Biggest shout out to Tweaks by Geeks! My 10-year-old laptop finally died yesterday, Sunday, afternoon while working on writing projects with stiff deadlines. I brought my computer in first thing Monday morning, and though it ultimately couldn't be revived, the Geek team was able to recover my documents and most pressing work. I'm now able to hit three important news deadlines--three cheers for Tweaks by Geeks!
