Its rare that I find a company that inspires me to work on the level of customer service that my companies provide, but Bulloch Broadband literally is one of the best around. They are a pleasure to work with and a special shout out to Chris Robinson. Some tech companies out there will put you on hold or shy away from working with their customers but Bulloch Broadband is there to help you with any of your needs! I have never been displeased with the level of service that they provide and they without a doubt one of the best in the business! Great job Bulloch Broadband! Keep it up!

Bulloch Broadband is great!! We signed up at the office about a year ago, and could not be happier. Bulloch Broadband turned a very frustrating internet experience with our previous provider of slow speeds and always resetting the modem into a non-issue with great speed and service. The Bulloch Broadband personnel were very professional and made the transition seamless. We were so pleased at the office, I signed up for my home as well. Telephone, internet and TV from Bulloch. No more disruption of TV signal on a cloudy day! We are very thankful to Bulloch Broadband and Bulloch Telephone for their professional personnel and quality service.

I switched my business phone service from Frontier to Bulloch Telephone about two years ago because of and on going phone issue. Chris and his entire staff have worked tirelessly to solve my phone issue. They are quick to respond and will explain what is going on and what their plan is to fix the problem. Let me share a remarkable experience I had recently. My law firm relies on reliable, hyper-fast download and upload internet speeds. After an internet service corporation could not provide a reliable connection at my office, I contacted Walt Saunders at Bulloch Broadband and asked how quick he could give me the internet connection that I needed. He said it may take a few days but he would get it done. The next day Chris Robinson showed up and installed the hardware and made sure we had what we needed. Within 24 hours we were up and running. Chris even came back the next day, on a Saturday, to help me troubleshoot a cable problem unrelated to Bulloch Broadband. This kind of remarkable customer experience is what every business and profession should strive for. I am a loyal customer and will tell everyone that I know about my experience. I can't say enough good things about Bulloch Broadband. I have an unusual situation where I need to connect the network 2 buildings in order to operate an application that requires very low latency. The people at Bulloch Broadband were very responsive. When the first attempt had too much latency, they immediately tried something else that works perfectly. They did all of that while, at the same time, not selling me more than I need and keeping my expenses low. I especially want to thank Chris Robinson. He went above and beyond to make sure it would all work properly.

After having home service with Bulloch Broadband, I switched our business over to them as well. The folks at Bulloch Broadband are professional, helpful, LOCAL, and are investing in our community. Bulloch Telephone is a dream come true. Their phone and internet service is incredible - super fast and VERY reliable. And if I ever have an issue (which is almost never), their customer service team responds immediately to help me. My experience with Bulloch Telephone has been amazing and 100% different than my experience with other phone and internet carriers. I used another carrier for ten years at my businesses and I am still kicking myself for not changing over to Bulloch Telephone sooner. They are the best!

Chris Robinson is just unreal -the man knows his stuff on hi speed broadband and can resolve problems at the speed of light! If he told me to roll over three times-sit up and bark-I'd do it and know the problem would be resolved.
