I have been very impressed with the entire Rocket IT team and how they handled the transition of our IT services from another provider. Our company uses Rocket IT to manage our IT assets and computers. For my past year of being with my current employer, I have had to had to utilize their services for various services including new program install, SQL compatibility issues, and other minor hiccups. Each time I have called, the representatives have been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was usually contacted within a few hours for assistance, and If an escalation was needed for a complex issue, I was contacted again within that day, or the next. I am extremely pleased with this company and the ease in which they help us to run the company.

I'm not a person to write reviews because if I'm not happy with the service I would cancel them .. on a brighter note Rocker has taken over where another Co has left off & I want o say my service guy his name Drequan Harris is absolutely amazing he do my lawn like he's doing his own , he's so professional, accurate . He always reach out to me & confirm what is going to be done to my lawn. When your OCD in every aspect of my life like I am !!!!!!Drequan put your worries at ease that the job will be done the way you like it.
