Worst ISP I have had. So back when my dad had these guy 5 years ago i called over the wifi not working instead of a new router lazy rosenet advises just hard wiring it so my dad just didnt have wifi great work lazy rosenet issue resolved. Now i live here and i call because I'm getting 12-20 mbps of my 25 that I'm paying 50$ for! Support says it's my router, I need to unplug my router, that will fix it... how worthless are these people I think they take advantage of less tech savvy people with these runaround fixes to make it seem the customers fault and not them shorting you mbps. just give me a modem from this decade, what am I overpaying for?! Best part is 25 mbps is enough to run any game and I still lag, hard wired, being the only device online. But wait! after I called my internet jumped back up to 24.8 mbps without me changing anything that's suspicious. So what they tried to do to me was act like I need to get up and fix things made me jump through hoops, then fixed it on their end and act like it was my routers fault. That's pathetic. They act like it's customers fault! or routers not their 15 year old modem that hasn't produced wifi for 5 years or slowed service and it never is... I feel support is just trying to get you off the line asap they are short spoken and give you the run around for nothing. Overpriced, poor service, worthless support. I'd advise trying anywhere else based my experience with rosenet. If your going to short me on my overpriced internet, dont act like it's my fault or my equipment. Good riddance rosenet. This is a fair warning for anyone considering or using rosenet.
