Just got my laptop back and it works wonderful. Way faster than it was and he was everything to save important files and programs. Communicated the issues once diagnosed and gave me options and recommendations to fix. It took a couple of days to determine issue and fix it. Would recommend if you have computer issues. I'm very pleased with them and the price was fair

John is nothing short of a professional guy. I came to him with my custom built pc that was having problems booting into windows and nothing being displayed to my monitor. I tried everything that I could and nothing would work. I decided to get help from someone, and I'm so glad that I chose Jbod Tech. He was very professional and communicated to me what he was doing and what he thinks the issue was pretty often, and eventually fixed my issue. He even offered some of his professional advice on how to upgrade my build from here on out. After it was all said and done, he even gave me a discount because it took him a little longer to repair than expected. 10/10 would recommend and will be going to John with anything else I seek to fix/upgrade on my PC from here on out.

Great work! I took my computer in, thinking I needed a better video card for some game graphics. After looking at my system, he told me I really needed a better processor and more memory. Those changes produced great results! For less than the price of a video card I thought I needed, I had the graphics improvement that I wanted -- Thanks to his expertise!

The HD on my MacBook Pro went wonky and I thought I'd lost all my files. John at JBODTECH was able to recover them and I'm so grateful. Competitively priced with deep technical knowledge. And a pleasure to deal with. Now I know where to go for tech services in the future!

I have never had such an amazing customer service experience as we did with John at Jbod. My computer was having issues on a work trip and he worked through the weekend to fix the problem while we were passing through Warner Robbins. John was friendly, communicative, fairly priced and worked fast. We are so grateful and will definitely come back.

$300 SSD disappears from shop. Neither the technician, Joe, or the owner, John take any responsibility. Owner tells me "Samsung must have shipped out an empty box", and it is not his problem; despite the tech confirming that the box was sealed when he opened it. Be sure to video your parts and the condition of your hardware if you drop it off here. Edit (Response to Owner) Nov. 13, 2024 The first I have heard of this video evidence; not mentioned at the time of the incident nor in the weeks since (seems fishy to me). I look forward to sitting down and watching that footage with you; I am more than happy to update my review afterwards. Please reach out with a good time to stop by the shop. Edit - Nov. 19, 2024 Nearly a week, and I still have not heard anything from John the owner. I would love to see this surveillance footage that clears this all up, and correct this review if needed.

The experience I had with Jonathan was excellent in all aspects. My computer had died at home, I was unsure what to do and who to trust. Jonathan is very knowledgeable about all things computers, he explained to me what had happened to my computer and to repair it it would not be viable. He is trustworthy and his price is very reasonable. When I left his shop I felt comfortable and happy with my experience and the price I paid him for doing a great job. Amazing!!!!! The guy in the store was so nice. My laptop wasn't broke and I was in a rush cause I was on my break. He moved quick and I was able to receive my laptop that same day! Amazing and would definitely recommend
