Throughout an 8-month long project, Black Airplane guided us through the creation of our bespoke software development from Design to Dev with professionalism. They, like me, share a love for creative problem solving with consideration for all the variables that come up on a project of our size and specific parameters and are happy to provide pros/cons of each solution. I recently worked with Black Airplane to develop a web app. It was my first time developing a product like this. I have limited investment budget as an independently owned company. So, it was really important to me that I get the best value for the MVP and work with a team that I trust to help guide me and make recommendations on the best tech and/or design solutions to ensure the product was the best possible experience for my customers. On top of that, I really wanted to work with a US-based team (harder to find than you might think) and a team who values diversity and hires their team accordingly (also very difficult to find in the tech space). And man did they deliver! They leveled up my designs and built a product that I'm super proud of. Throughout the process their communication was excellent, they always delivered on time, they helped manage my expectations on every round, the project managers, designers, developers are all really great at what they do. And most importantly they're just great people to work with. I highly recommend working with them for any project.

I can't say enough good things about this team. My company, Skip The Line, had a web app in place and needed to get native Apple and Android apps built for our Point Of Sale and Fulfillment customers. It was great to work with a team in the design process that was willing to learn all about the service we provided to clients so they could help make a streamlined design that looked amazing and checked all the boxes of features needed. When the development team stepped up and started building the designs it was incredible to work with such a group of professionals that understood the need to stay in communication with us to make sure everything they were doing was on target. Obviously, the design process guided development - but when they hit hurdles, that we didn't outline in design, their team was quick to offer solutions - not just communicate the issues. At the end of the process we ended up with native apps on both platforms that MORE THAN deliver what we needed. They also provided us with fair and transparent pricing; and that was refreshing.
