I've been with HostingSpell since 2018 and always thought they were great. But recently (around March 2025), things went really bad. Without even informing me, they changed some of my directory permissions to 000, saying I was using too much of their NVMe storage--even though I had a 30GB plan and wasn't over the limit. Because of that, I lost access to my backups and couldn't even read or download them. It was really frustrating and disappointing. I had referred over 15 people to HostingSpell in the past, but now, honestly, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Really sad to see this happen.
