Im super happy with these guys. I brought my computer in that was brand new and wouldn't boot. They found the problem within 45mins and then made sure everything was updated and installed correctly. I really appreciate their communication and fair pricing. Would highly recommend for your repair needs.

I've purchased repair services and a couple computer cables from these guys before. Always competent, satisfactory service with fair prices but yesterday went above "satisfactory." I'll call it pleasantly surprised. No... more accurately, (trying not to sound cheesy here) "Customer Satisfaction" turned into unexpected "customer delight." Yea that still sound cheesy but whatever. I want you to get the picture. I had an odd, annoying problem with two keyboard keys falling off my laptop computer at work. I'm a pretty handy guy so thought I could easily fix it but wasted half an hour trying before driving to Scion Computers on Park Ave in Idaho Falls. Benjamin Manwaring took a pair of tweezers and quickly reassembled my handful of tiny keyboard parts and had me out the door in 15 minutes. Keyboard is working perfectly again! The big surprise came when he wouldn't take any money for the repair. I know these guys have to bill out at like $100/hour or whatever, if they want to stay in business so was expecting to pay $25 - $30, at least. And I would have been happy to pay because if I have to go buy a new computer, I'll lose half a day of work at least, but Benjamin gave me this one for free. WHAAT?? Did that just happen? They are great! We were able to bring in our computer and they spent the time helping us with the issues it had. We were able to get a new CPU built with exactly what we want. Super impressed with the quality and service.

Curtis and Jeremy are great to work with for any computer related needs. Communication was straight forward and honest and I feel like they do the best they can to get your pc built or repaired properly. Highly recommend them for pc build or repair.

Our family is on a budget (as most are in this trying economic time I would imagine) so extras like new electronic purchases usually take a back seat first. The screen on my child's 10 year old hand-me-down laptop broke. The machine itself is fine. Just the screen. Called Scion, they quoted me a more than fair price. Had it repaired and operation In a few days. Happy kids make for a very happy dad. Scion is an effortless choice. No hassle, no excuses, no bullpucky. Just phenomenal customer service. Scion staff members are professional, informative and kind. Traits that are becoming extinct in today's services industry. If I have work or repairs on computers and they can do it, I will go there first, no question. Thanks guys!

Needed a new battery for my laptop. They ordered it in and were able to replace it within 15 minutes. Great service! Highly recommend

I had a chromebook that somehow took several impacts to the screen; I freaked myself out looking at the prices for repair at other shops around town but decided to stop in to Scion just to check. They had to order the screen but the whole repair still took less than 4 business days at half the price other places quoted me. The receptionist is so sweet and everyone was welcome, open, and knowledgeable. Their repairs are also warrantied for either 90 days or two years depending on the repair. I don't think I'll go anywhere else from now on!!!
