I can't say enough good things about White Cloud! Their service is top-notch, and their tech support crew is simply outstanding. Every time I've had an issue, they've been incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. They go above and beyond to ensure everything is running smoothly and that I'm satisfied with the service. It's rare to find such a dedicated and efficient team these days. Highly recommend!

they do everything they can to make things right and care about the customer. We struggled with wifi ping issues and they were very helpful and understanding, helping us get to what we were looking for. great company with great employees! Very professional, and understanding. I would recommend getting wifi through them. They are great people!

I am a long-time customer and have great service. I do a lot of streaming, and there are several devices connected at many times, and I don't experience buffering issues.

It is fine when it works. Their service is frequently out. They have a solar panel, and a gas generator at the tower they provided for us. So when the generator is out of gas, we all lose service.(There were no plans for improvement when I last called them.)We pay for a lot of service the customers in our area never receive. It is a holiday weekend. They left for the vacation with no service in our area, and no on-call support. Currently searching for another company that reliably services rural areas.

We have had White Cloud for 5+ years. And the first year was great. We only experienced outages when it rained or heavy snow. We were OK with that! But over the years, the outages have become more and more frequent, to the point that it is every day. They only ever post outages when it is going to last more than one day. Whenever I call, they blame it on MY router. If it really is MY router, than how come everyone I know who has White Cloud also has no internet at the same time? It is affecting work. And income. They don't give back money for their lack of service that is promised or for lossed wages. This company has become a joke. I am looking for a new provider.
