My new website is up and running because a very helpful tech support person knew what was wrong as soon as I described my problem. There were a couple of steps involved, but all is well and it was taken care of on a Sunday afternoon! Thank you so very much!

I don't know why these folks never show up in the ratings for hosting. I have been with them for almost 10 years. They have always been professional and prompt in supporting my many websites. Every time I have caused a problem their support people have been kind and efficient in resolving the issue. I recommend them to friends who are newbies because of the great support they provide. Been with this company for couple years and I love it!!! Best service and fast/affordable! Need to buy a backup in order for your files or not leak and disappear, which I can see is many of the complaints in the reviews. It's easy to access and set up!

I've been a customer for about 9 years. No complaints, service/features as advertised. Rarely had to open a ticket but when I do, they are pretty quick/efficient. Highly recommended!

They would never stop searching for a solution until my problem was solved. My website has loaded very fast for all these years and I could be happier from this brilliant team of masters of webmasters . They are brilliant, polite and very helpfuI indeed. I'ven been a member with HostMetro for perhaps 10 years or so, and I can confidently say that HostMetro is one of the very few corporations that I personally think highly of. Why? They are honest and trustworthy and, equally importantly, come to your rescue almost instantly when you need help. They are efficient, and whe I reach out to them, it is almost instantly that they respond to me with solutions. Over the past few years, I asked for their help numerous times, and sometimes, it is somehow embarrassing that I ask for their thoughts and suggestions related to something that is not part of their job (i.e., how to use WordPress, and so forth.) Nevertheless, HostMetro respond to me and explain things that they didn't have to explain at all. Each time I communicate with the team, they respond almost immediately, and they ALWAYS solved the problem. In the final analysis, I believe that hosting with HostMetro is extremely affordable, and I sincerely believe that it would be ludicrous to think that one would get a better host than HostMetro. I don't think it can happen. I highly recommend HostMetro to all, and I wish them all good things in life, and a big thanks for all the help I was provided with and your dedication.
