I recently received a call from an individual named Anand, and I was extremely disappointed with the way he conducted himself. His tone was unprofessional, condescending, and outright disrespectful. Regardless of one's credentials, treating people with basic respect is fundamental. He repeatedly mentioned his CISSP certification, but professionalism is about more than just credentials--it's about effective communication, respect, and integrity. In the field of security, strong communication skills are just as critical as technical expertise. Given his demeanor, I find it hard to believe he upholds the professionalism expected from someone with such a certification. I strongly urge a focus on professional conduct and respectful communication moving forward. We are all human, and courtesy should be the baseline in any interaction.

They emailed me, a business owner, trying to recruit me for a role I don't even have training to do. It's predatory that companies try to poach other companies employees. I would not recommend this company or services.

Spam company. I suggest no one sends info to this company. They use your info for spamming us. If we ask to delete the info, they will never delete it. They are very bad at responding. These companies should be banned from operating.

The environment and work culture at Thoughtwave is highly professional and is very conducive for growing both knowledge wise and career wise. The management team at Thoughtwave work hard for the well being of their employees and leave no stone unturned to see that the employees are provided with what they need and require. One can learn a lot technically owing to the knowledgable senior employees at Thoughtwave who are more than willing to help the new employees and teach them the ropes to better themselves. Constructive criticism is welcomed and ideas are regularly discussed/exchanged between all the teams of the company without any prejudice through the JAD sessions that are held weekly. Learn and let learn is followed through and through which is easily one of the best things about Thoughtwave.
