Hub on Campus Champaign - Daniel

Living here I have had one of the best living experiences since I have moved to Champaign for college. I've only ever had one issue, one of the individuals working at the desk in the lobby refused to hear what I was saying about a water leak I had in my room. Once I talked to the supervisor of those working in the lobby they finally understood what I was saying how my leak was not due to the water pressure issues that were going on. It was just a misunderstanding but it shouldn't have took two days for my leak to be fixed. Since that issue, I have not had one bad experience! I truly have loved living here and every individual that I have encountered is kind and willing to understand what you have to say, or what problem you may be having. Coming from Illini Tower last year, this place is an ENTIRE upgrade! I renewed my lease and hope to stay at this apartment complex until my education is complete. I highly recommend this apparent complex and you won't be able to find an apartment that has a better $ rate, living amenities, and secure housing space for an individual to live comfortably in. The views can NOT get any better than this high rise complex

I love living at the Hub! They have the most amazing amenities and the people are super nice. The pool is awesome in the summer, my roomates and I love to go tan out there and it's not too crowded. My favorite place to study is downstairs in the study booths and especially because there is an esspresso royal right next door! I definitely recommend anyone who is looking for an amazing luxurious environment to live here!!!!! The view is awesome too, I love watching the sunset while cooking!

Amazing Amenities: The rooftop pool, hot tub, and gym are standout features. The study lounges and coworking spaces are great for students who want a quiet environment to focus. Prime Location: Being close to campus, restaurants, and shops is a major convenience. Modern Design: The apartments are stylish and furnished with modern finishes. The kitchen and bathrooms are especially well-designed. Responsive Maintenance: Maintenance requests were usually addressed quickly

Overall, the hub is a great place to live on campus. Compared to other apartment complexes they are very attentive and easy to work with. There are various amenities and it is heavy with Greek life. The location of the apartment is also excellent. I do think the price is pretty steep and may not be worth it for some people. Also, there are some hidden fees that have increased a good amount the past couple years that they probably don't mention upon signing initially

I have loved my time living at the Hub. The amenities are great including a roof top pool, gym, and yoga room. There are lots of great study spots for all hours of the day. The maintenance staff is wonderful. They are always timely in assisting with issues and the front desk staff is very responsive. The Hub always does a great job to make the apartment have a sense of community with fun events and catered food. This location is unbeatable as well being a minute walk to the Main Quad.

After living at the Hub, I can confidently say it's one of the best apartment complexes in the area. From the amenities, to the staff, to the community, it is the perfect place for a college student to live. The pool is awesome when it's nice out, the gym has a great variety of equipment, and the study spaces are a great for when I want a change of scenery to study without having to leave the building. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. Our maintenance requests are addressed promptly, and the staff always goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy. Joey from the front desk is always so cheerful on the job and eager to help anyone with anything they need. You can also tell that the leasing manager Kaitlyn creates a positive work environment for the rest of the staff. She is always willing to drop anything she is doing to help the residents, and puts together awesome giveaways and events. The location also couldn't be more convenient with it being close to the bookstore and the quad. Overall, I have and will continue to highly recommend The Hub to anyone looking for an on campus apartment!

The Hub has been a wonderful experience so far. The pool, the gym, espresso royal, the lobby study space all are amazing amenities that add to the experience. The staff and maintenance have been super quick and helpful. The location right next to the quad has been super easy for classes! Live, laugh, love, the hub

I've visited The Hub multiple times, and every experience has been consistently impressive. The amenities are top-notch, with everything you need for both work and relaxation. From the fitness center to the study lounges, it's clear that their excellent reputation is well-earned. I've also heard nothing but positive things about the management and the community here--everyone seems genuinely invested in making The Hub a great place to live. I can see why it's such a popular choice on campus.
