Having to be so far from my family and still help out has been challenging especially when you can't get a hold of places by phone or have to deal with people who are just not helpful, but I'm happy to say when I contacted Pavlov I was so impressed with Jamie!! He answered every question I had, was extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable. He was super understanding of my situation. Highly recommended!! Thanks Jamie!

AVOID THIS COMPANY 10 Days Later Edit: My service cut out completely after 10 days and Pavlov couldn't even get a Tech to call me to schedule a time to come see it within 2 days. Customer service was unwilling to do anything to retain. Cancelled. 4 hours later EDIT: To make things even better, a few hours after cancelling someone came onto my property and took the cable without informing me. No tech available my ass. Install was quick and easy. Installer Tyrone was on time, polite, informative and cleaned up after himself.

I recently experienced an issue with intermittent internet connectivity, and I want to express my appreciation for the excellent support I received. The support team was very helpful and professional throughout the process. Special thanks to Mara for promptly opening ticket #460923 and taking care of the issue. So far, everything is working perfectly with my connection. Great job!

There's just always an issue with at least one device. We've been on the phone with customer service often (the customer service is very nice and willing to help) however and issues still exist with 3 different networks set up (2.4, 2.4 test, 5g). Anecdotally I don't feel it's any faster than our Cox cable internet, which was cheaper and I didn't have to play IT master with devices on the app.

I was very excited to learn Pavlov fiber optic was available in my area. As soon as I got the alert I scheduled an install. Isaiah was my tech and he was excellent. He went through the process of what would be installed and we discussed where the cable would come in. He was very professional and efficient. The only issue I encountered was later in the day my internet went off. I had to reset my modem. Hoping it was just a glitch. The speeds are fantastic.

Pavlov did an excellent job locating the damage to their fiberoptic cable caused by a competitor's underground drilling. Pavlov undertook a huge splicing job to effect repairs. Difficult work done in a timely manor. A company that works to earn Gainesville's business by delivering great support.

Juan and Christian were very polite and efficient. They wore booties to make sure my floors stayed as clean as when they arrived, and they were very professional. They explained the whole installation process and answered all my questions with patience. If Pavlov customer service is as attentive and wonderful as these guys were, I won't have any doubts switching from Xfinity. And bonus, they posed for a photo for my review.

We switched over after we had some issues with her previous carrier doing unscheduled service. Both my husband and I work remote so reliable fast internet is critical. Service install with breeze they were very nice and professional. We are now a few months in with the service and beyond pleased. steady, consistent and much higher speeds with a lower price.
