I hired SEO Design Chicago to create content, assist in backlinking, identifying and repairing technical issues, and overall help improve search rankings in dozens of important keywords. They delivered on all of it, consistently. We were a 3 million session per year site and hit 5 million a year with them. The keywords I had them target were challenging ones too, KD of 70+ for most and a few at 90+. At a time when content budgets were cut, they stepped in and helped maintain growth. We also had shifting priorities and SEO Design Chicago was able to pivot with us without complaint. In fact, I think they welcomed the challenge. I most appreciated how they reported performance. It never felt like a sales pitch and never felt like they were trying to twist stats, as I've experienced with other agencies. Consulting legal first. Coming soon. We hired SEO Design to upgrade our previous site and they did the complete opposite. The team is not qualified to collaborate with a creative team and they continually missed the mark on all edits they presented to us. We ended up having to create our own website internally as the product they gave us was sloppy and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to this company as we are still fighting to get a credit back for the time they wasted with our staff.
