I was given a membership through American Express, so I didn't pay anything for it and I still would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. The one good thing about Shoprunner is that they have delivered all of my packages in two days. The bad thing is that they are VERY DECEPTIVE. They advertise free returns. However, they fail to tell you before you make the purchase that there might be exclusions. For instance, if you purchase an item through Neiman Marcus Last Call, you will only be given free returns if you accept a store credit. If you request a refund to your original form of payment, you will be charged $9.95. Therefore, you are not really given free returns. You are given free returns "with conditions." There is nothing wrong with that policy. However, Shoprunner should make that clear BEFORE you make the purchase. Unfortunately, they don't. So basically, Shoprunner's marketing is a "bait and switch." They misrepresent their service so that you purchase items and then tell you about the exclusions. I don't know if it's illegal but it sure as heck is unethical. If I could rate this company a zero I would. If you get the membership for free, please beware. Shoprunner is not upfront with their policies. If you want two day shipping, you are better off with Amazon Prime, Target, Walmart or Jet. To be honest, I think anything is better than being lied to. I wish I had never signed up for Shoprunner. I really hope American Express partners with another company.

This company is full of it. I recently bought some products that were shipped via Shoprunner. They touted "Join ShopRunner today to start benefitting from free 2-day shipping, free return shipping, exclusive offers and many more." Well, I called and asked why my package is not going to be delivered on 12/22. (According to UPS, it won't be delilvered until 12/24. See picture.) After all, it was ordered AND shipped on the 12/20. He tells me I have to call the shipper to find out why it is not being delivered. Excuse me, isn't your company stating you provide 2 day shipping? Lies! This rep also says that it is in their policy that they have no control and can not guarantee blah, blah, blah. This is their policy "Free 2-Day Shipping & Returns ShopRunner members are entitled to FREE Two-Day shipping on all purchases of eligible items from participating retailers. Additionally, ShopRunner members receive Free Shipping on Returns of eligible items and exclusive offers from our participating retail partners. Note that FREE Two-Day shipping is measured from the time the eligible item ships and not when the eligible item is ordered." Lies! In my opinion, Shoprunner does not take delivery seriously. Leave it to the big boys like UPS and the like. Stop wasting our time middle-man. BTW, after I finished this review, I see an email from Shoprunner stating at the top that their big thing is free 2 day shipping. (See the attached picture.) Yeah, right. Whatever you say. Dear Consumer, I hope you didn't pay for Shoprunner .

They just started SPAMMING me last week on my FedEx email address. So either FexEd has been HACKED, or they sold my email address to these SPAMMERS.

Great addition to my shopping experience. I loved everything about it. They have a new app called District as well which is amazing. So many new brands always coming into the network. Keep it up!
