Stay away like the plague. If you run a Magento store and need a developer do not by any mean use Gorilla. They run over time on nearly every single project release. There are bugs with the code they make and it has to be fixed which also takes forever. They pad the billing with bogus hours. e.g charged over 6 hours to pull a report that can be done from the admin panel in 4 minutes. Multiple changes in PM's most were green and had no real experience and always out of the office. Account reps don't listen and try selling overly priced packages. Literally $200,000 for a simple 6 page website. Response times are awful. They drop the ball on every single aspect of dev. Their QA misses so much and then we have to fix it. Now they are dropping all Firearms industry sites but are not telling them until they have to renew their contract and have become nearly unresponsive and asking for more money to fix things they messed up in the first place. They are doing this because they can and there is no recourse. Absolutely toxic company. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE HIRE THEM! The only options we have is now to expose them and write real reviews and report to BBB and ADOBE.

Try them if you'd like to waste your valuable time explaining them what you're looking for and in return they will never get back to you. They also seem to judge on if a potential client can afford them or not. Save your time and look elsewhere because they aren't worth anybody's time!
