The Atrium: "A Special Events Venue"

MOM'S DAY BRUNCH 2025 TRUE RATING IS ZERO!!!!!! Before I start let me say I fully support black owned businesses but I'm disappointed and frankly feel disrespected. This brunch was oversold and disorganized. Those that held VIP tickets were allowed to stand in line to eat before other guests as though the rest of us were paying by EBT or standing in a FREE food line and unworthy of the hot food we paid for. Once the VIP were done we were allowed to stand in line for 30+ minutes only to find no more fruit, no veggies (store bought) and no more DUNKIN DONUTS (their idea of fresh pastries) the worst waffles I've ever tasted, French toast sticks that taste like they'd been stuck at the bottom of someone's freezer from last Mothers Day. overcooked cold eggs, "Shrimpless" shrimp & grits, bland chicken, dry biscuits, syrup that was poured into an olive oil bottle and pot roast that didn't go with the menu. Someone came around and collected the decorative chargers and napkins from the table before we ate. There was a cost for water and juice, no coffee or tea, it was 12 below zero inside to the point several people asked the MC to have the air turned down. The band while nice were so loud we were sitting at our table screaming at each other because you couldn't even hear yourself think. Finally to add insult to injury a family near us had purchased a table but because some of their guests were late they attempted to sit some overflow attendees at their table, I applaud them for vehemently refusing! All this to say NEVER AGAIN! THE WORST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, MONEY GRAB EVENT IVE EVER BEEN TO!

Venue was nice& im not sure if they were the actual person to give Mothers Day brunch but if they were tickets were $50-$100 per person. Tht venue hold atleast 150ppl so w tht being said you thnk menu would be better? Costco vegi-fruit trays. You had to stand in line to enter Venue stand in line for food tht was from Aldi or jewel & of course ran out. Most I can say was band was excellent but I won't attend anymore brunches from here.

Very nice spacious place for private events. Decorations was very nice. Tables were spacious for comfortability of eating. Parking was plentiful and open space.

The event was great except for the food it was supposed to be all you could eat but it wasn't and the mimosas should have been given complimentary but the band comedian and the gospel singer were great

!!!!!!DON'T EVER BOOK!! !!!! My love one just recently celebrated a birthday and graduation. A genuine hearted woman willing to take a chance on a venue she's never had prior dealings with. Paid in full as well as promoted the venue as a token of respect/appreciation. Unfortunately we had to cancel the party a couple days before the party due to the transitioning of my love one ONLY SON. Most can't even begin to imagine the trauma and pain we are suffering from in these times. Dealing with the loss as well as homegoing fees. We pleaded with the staff to reimbursement the money back. They denied us solely on the account of "their policy". In circumstances as such this, there should be no policy. We are not robots....we are not evil people....we come from love and being courteous of others. They not only should have provided a refund but extended their hand for more support because that is what God children does. We feel robbed on top of all this pain. We need that money....Just because a lot of people act like animals don't mean we should all be inhumane to one another. Do what's right!!!!!!

The Atrium hosted my Father 60th birthday theme party last night. First and foremost they communicate very well, so there wasn't any confusion. I paid for exactly what I wanted. They were very clear as to what was included in my contract. Even up til the day before as they send a reminder. The bathrooms were clean and smelled good. A big parking lot to accommodate guests. The decorations were nice, classy, elegant, it wasn't too much. The bartender she was great! The drinks were on point that my guests kept going to get more lol. She was friendly and professional also. To set up, you have to enter through the back of the building. I expressed my concern with security was it good lighting back there, he ensured I would be fine. He met me at the back door and waited as I brought my things in, which I appreciated. My daddy was happy with everything as he was just showing up, and not knowing what he was walking into. I see on other reviews how they said they had to shut down or clean up 30-45 minutes prior to exit time. Let me just say it took us about 30 minutes to get the place back to how it was to when we walked in. So we appreciate that reminder so I can get my full deposit back lol. I honestly don't have any complaints and can see myself throwing another event through them. Me and my daddy would like to thank y'all for helping with this epic late 60's / 70's theme celebration.

Amazing venue and staff! I hosted my husbands 40th birthday here and everything went smoothly from begininng to end! I could not have picked a better venue. During the planning process, all of my questions were answered, and all appointments went well. The look I wanted for the room was executed perfectly. All of my guests had a great time. Lastly, every staff member I encountered, including the owner, office staff, security, and bartender at the event were more than professional, helpful, and kind. Thank you Atrium staff for making my event perfect!

A really nice place. Very open and enough room for 100 plus people and a dance floor space. Bar included in the space with bartender (See facility for cost). Was here for a party someone had but would rent apace out for my own party. It's located in a shopping center so there is plenty of parking.
