Jump!Zone Crystal Lake

Unfortunately, my experience at Jump!Zone Crystal Lake was very disappointing. The facility felt old, dirty, and had an unpleasant smell throughout. It was not a comfortable or enjoyable environment. I hope improvements are made soon to make it a more welcoming place for kids and families.

My girls love it here. Not really much to do here but the same 2 spots. The gaming station or the little kid area with the ball pit. Not much to do here though my four-year-old is even too small for those big jump houses. And it kind of sucks because a day after being here, I did have a stomach bug so make sure you wash your hands if you end up coming here.

We had a great time. It was my Granddaughters birthday party. Ask the kids had a blast

KIDS FAVORITE INDOOR PLAY-PLACE! My son had fun bouncing, jumping, sliding and playing around. It's a cool indoor play place with many fun things to offer. We have been twice and every time our experience was memorable. The place if clean with a food area, birthday party rooms and rest rooms. I really hope they open another play place closer to Gurnee. COME AND EXPERIENCE THE FUN

Place itself was exactly what we expected. However think the age limit should be reconsidered. We brought our 3&4 year old boys to play. When we first got there it was fine. Then 11-12 year olds were also playing in the 7 year old and less area. Running so fast they knocked our 4 year old down, mom barely looked up from her phone & the kid was way too big to be acting the way he was. Definitely not a "safe space" for all ages no matter how close you watch your own children.

This is the best grandparents/grandkids play place in Crystal Lake. We have a 9 year old and 3 year old grandsons. The equipment is great for both ages. Staff is really nice.

We love the Jump Zone in Crystal Lake! It is a safe, clean environment and the kids just adore Rachel and Tory at the counter! The staff is great with handling any situation! They are very friendly and have a great attitude with the children! We have been here for a birthday party and continue to come after because it's such a fun establishment! We will definitely be back!

Hosted my son's birthday party here recently. Everything was decorated and ready to go by the time we arrived. Staff was accommodating to last minute add-on activities and adjustments to guest count. Pricing is fair, and the party package is exactly what we wanted. Our coordinator, Tori, was very helpful! By the end of our reservation time, staff had our items packed conveniently in a cart to make car-loading easy. Highly recommend this venue and location if you're looking for a place to host a child's birthday party. Thank you, Jump!Zone!
