Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Great place to let the kids go and have a blast for hours. I saw little toddlers crawling around up to teenagers + enjoying themselves. It seems to be a very safe place to let the kids run around. I saw staff cleaning up on a regular basis in the food area. The bathroom was clean, employees were helpful and friendly. The entry cost is reasonable, the food is pricey but that seems to be the norm these days. I will definitely be taking the granddaughter back again.

I always have an amazing time at Urban Air! This time we rented a room for a party (we had three kids ages 12, 10, and 7 in the family having birthdays!). They provided us several pizzas and drinks. We brought the cake. The room came with wristbands for the kids' friends who came. They were able to leave their shoes in the room and come and go playing for two hours, then we moved to one of the tables outside the room for the kids to play longer. The workers were all friendly and seemed to keep a good eye on the areas they were assigned too. Everyone was friendly and kind. The adults got to bounce too-- man was I tired, but kids and adults alike had a great time. Wonderful place for family fun!!

I love this Urban Air location! The manager, Dennis is incredibly kind and thoughtful. He truly cares about all his patrons. Our kids always have such a fun time here. The membership is a great deal, and this is the great escape from the heat for some summer fun. I highly recommend this location and the great employees there!

It's kind of small.... but my kids liked it but they said they didn't want to return.. maybe for th pizza lol

We came here for my son's birthday. We had them measure our son because he wanted to use the zip line before we paid. They confirmed he was tall enough and we paid for the ultimate pass. An hour later he went to ride the zip line and they told them he was not tall enough. When we spoke to the manager she was adament that he wasn't tall enough. He was sobbing at this point and we asked her to make it right. She said "I will make it right by taking off his wrist band." She did not apologize or offer anything for their mistake. When pressed she refunded the difference from the ultimate pass but told him he could not longer do the other ultimate activities. This is the first one star review I have ever written in my life. I've never been treated so poorly. Thank you for crushing my little six year olds excitement on his birthday. We will not be returning.

Brought my nieces here to have some fun and it was my first time here but their Mom used to bring them here but she unfortunately passed last year (2024) on Mothers Day, Dennis was absolutely amazing and such help. Thanks soo much for taking care of us and making the girls day! They can't wait to come back. It was very much appreciated

PARENTS BEWARE: I witnessed a parent tell the manager there was a mom in the facility with a gun in her purse and was threatening to use it. The manager responded with "that's ok guns are allowed here"... The manager should've called the police and had them sort out the legality of said firearm. Manager was overwhelmed and not equipped to handle any of the situations I witnessed. She was a black older lady working on Saturday 3/29/25. I also witnessed the male workers fraternizing with the young girls. I didn't find that to be acceptable either. If you're going to go here I strongly suggest that you follow your children and monitor them closely. It's so many children with parents that allow them to run wild, jump the line, roughly play and the list goes on.
