As a person who considers myself organized, I'm highly impressed! I submit a ticket and they respond very quickly. They are always kind, informative, and helpful on the phone. I had Megan Bustamante for a ticket that was an issue with our speakers throughout our clinic. She went through several trouble shooting solutions until we found the issue, which was a more rare issue. They are timely in their response time, and HIGHLY organized in communicating with tasks. HTML support is amazing! Thanks Megan!

Full disclosure - I have written a review on a different one of my gmail accounts, but my most recent ticket warrants its own review! I was up late (8PM CST) working on our Giving Tuesday page when I crashed the entire site. My heart dropped, but I immediately called HTML. I got through the waiting steps, talked and with an extremely helpful agent, and had my problem moved into an escalated ticket in under ten minutes. About 15 minutes later, I received an email from William Hunt. William was understanding, but also explained that they normally cannot do rollbacks at this hour. Regardless, he said he would work on it and quickly rolled back our site to before I made the change. In less than 45 minutes total, William and the HTML team received and fixed an entire crashed site - all after 8PM CST. I wish I could give them 6 stars for this one. As the Senior Communications Coordinator, I have asked for help on numerous things - from computer set up to printer malfunctions. I have always appreciated their work, but what William Hunt did was life saving! If your company is too small for an in house IT person, and you are considering using HTML as an alternative, consider this as a sign! HTML has consistently proven why they are a critical extension to any business with any sort of technological infrastructure. Highly highly recommend!

HTML has been profoundly helpful when things go array at job. Vince Chiodo in particular is professional, kind, and overall does an excellent job when tickets are requested. He is helpful and makes sure to make those who less technologically savvy comfortable with tech.

Just started at a new company who are supported by HTML. Called in to have myself setup as a new user and once I had gotten through to Colin C he was very friendly and had me up and running in no time, nice chap. Easy to use phone system too.

HTML Is the second IT company that I have worked with, and they have helped me on a number of things, but Today they earned a 5 star review for sure! I emailed at 8AM with an urgent ticket regarding my computer's connection to the printer through a faulty driver someone else had installed. As a Communications Coordinator, I need my printer working every single day or things come to a halt quickly. Our team member called me before HTML even opened an help me resolve this in under 10 minutes, getting me back on track and operational without any trouble. A good IT Company knows how to fix problems, but a great IT company like HTML knows how to make even a smaller customer's crises feel like top priority to the company. I could not recommend this company enough and know that whenever I need them, they are ready to help. Truly wonderful experience!
