This place literally fixed my computer in five minutes! I had an issue where I couldn't get on the Internet. I called Support for the manufacture and spent several hours on the phone with different support people including another repair tech. Finally a friend recommended Brian to me because they have been using him for years. He came in with no tools, just himself and a few minutes later everything was back to normal. I guess he knew exactly what it was when I explained it on the phone and just needed to come over to perform the steps to correct the problem. I couldn't understand how he fixed what no one else across several days couldn't fix. He prorated his hourly rate also! I'll be using brian forever!!

After researching the problem extensively, I called White Box and spoke to Brian explaining that I was not able to print any documents. After explaining the issue I scheduled an appointment for service. The outcome of the service call was excellent. I have used White Box Computers many time. Brian is very highly experienced. I know nothing about computers it's great to have an individual who knows what they are doing. His prices are very reasonable compared to other places. When he fixes something I know it's been done correctly. I wouldn't call any one else for repairs. He's also a independent company and I feel he does much better work then the big box stores

I don't write many reviews, but White Box Computers came up on my yelp and thought I should really express how well and professional Brian's. I have been using Brian for many years to work on my PC's and update my website. I have used Brian for at least 5 years. He is very helpful by coming to my house and working on my PC in my office and not have to take it with him unless I'm having serious problems. Even when he takes it he has it back to me in 1-2 days. The best thing is he is way cheaper than competitors out there. When my PC was getting outdated I told him what I needed my PC for and he offered to build me a desktop or even to meet me at the store to pick out a laptop that will work for me. I currently went with both options not at the same time of course but the best part of him helping me with this is he didn't try up selling me on a PC, laptop and software that I wouldn't need. Brian also informed me that he does business and house installation of cameras, POS systems, and all NEST products. If you're looking for someone who does it all he is the person! I will never use a big box chain again for any of my electronic needs.

Brian from White Box recently helped me get out of a jam with my printer. I needed it badly for some work documents and the computer kept giving and error. He had it fixed in a few minutes and didn't charge me full price like some of these other companies do when they find the problem quickly. I actually recommended him to my sister because I think she had a virus and she said she was thrilled with him. I wish I would have known about this place before spending so much money with the Geek Swuad. Thanks Brian!!

I could not send nor get email. In my Comcast email little folders kept appearing on the bottom of the screen when I clicked on compose. I Googled the issue for days but could not find a solution. I did not want to bring my computer to a big box store $$$$. Never in 20 years on a computer did I ever see that issue. Brian made a house call and fixed my computer. Google extension popup and overlay blocker blocked sending of email. Could not get email on account of unchecking a box and then forgetting to recheck it. He does not charge for travel to house calls. Thank you, Brian, for your professional and excellent customer service. He is now my computer doctor.

Had a few documents get deleted. Which was very important for my business. He was able to have it resolved in a very fast manner. Was very professional and on task.
