Customer Reviews & Testimonials

Daniel Jensen

I bought a domain through Squadhelp and it went smoothly. Their sales lead Zack was very helpful throughout the process, and even helped coordinate things with the seller. After I paid, the domain was transferred to me pretty quickly. No complaints!

Squadhelp stands as a beacon in the domain selling industry, offering a unique and highly effective service that goes far beyond the traditional domain purchasing experience. My journey with Squadhelp has been nothing short of remarkable, and I am eager to share the positive aspects of their service.

Squadhelp (now Atom) has been an excellent resource. As a business owner with several operating entities, Squadhelp offered an easy and affordable way to set up my brand in no time. I recommend their services every chance I get.

I purchased a domain on a payment plan. It has been the most infuriating and unreliable experience. First, you have to go through them to have your domain records updated. Second, your email won't be authenticated. I've battled with them for a week now trying to get it to work. It won't. Tonight, our site went completely down because of their incompetent "tech" people who have added our dns records messed something up. Unfortunately I cannot see it or fix it myself and the person in the chat box will not help. At this point, they have negatively affected our business.

The Premium Listing review process is the worst review process. You are paying to review the domain quality. But they are reviewing it by asking the user if they like it. If the user doesn't like it, it's not passed the review. And they mostly liked domain that doesn't even make any sense. One of the worst ways to waste money. Reply About The SH Response: I sold one domain that was rejected on SquadHelp. But sold on another person who purchased from me and listed as premium domain on SH. So the same domain when I tried was bad domain but someone else, was good. Why? It's because different people think different ways and so same very good domain was rejected first time. When it actually was good. And reviewer was bad. The system was bad. Make any sense?

I spent a couple thousand bucks...only to find out that most of the submissions would come from chatGPT. We know this because we have chatGPT and most of the submissions that we got were also reccomended to us by chatGPT. It was glaringly obvious. Probably 1 out of 50 submissions youll get a half way decent submission that chatGPT had not reccomended. We did decide on a name which we thought was half way decent. We did audience testing, bought the URL at the advice of squadhelp, only to find out through our personal attorney that there was a direct trademark conflict and we couldnt use the name. When we went back to squad help they did offer to assist us in a second campaign. We launched the campaign. And we got a lot more generic chatGPT responses. The reason I decided to do a second campaign was because they said they do not offer refunds. I will say that the company is very responsive and their employees are very nice. Save your money and sign up for chat GPT.

A big thank you to the entire SquadHelp team for helping me to achieve a domain sale above my floor price by negotiating with the seller on my behalf. Ultra fast communication and simplified process to sell a brandable domain and get paid fast.

Very shady. I was trying to get approved for the logo designer competition because they need to see sample works before you can actually join the contest. They asked to submit 5 logo design samples from previous work, to which I did. They wrote back saying, "the design style does not align with what our customers are looking for." FYI, I have not joined anything yet and the ones I submitted are existing clients from my portfolio. If they have various design briefs from various industries, who are they to make that decision? Isn't the platform supposed to let business owners make that decision and choose the design that best fit their brief? Definitely something suspicious going in there.
