Scott's the man!! Came in on two different occasions needing an emergency repair on my work laptop. He was honest and transparent letting me know if it's a quick repair he will back to me quickly. Had my laptop back on the same day both times and was very reasonable priced. Definitely recommend going to him for all services!

In working in the corporate world for over 35 years I always had IT and computer support, now as I'm transitioning to the new world of an independent's sales rep I was out of my depth when it came to all things computers until I found Scott, Scott is not t only a great person he is a very brilliant and kind person with the skills to help you with anything associated with troubleshooting and dealing with your computer issues!!! My computer was in horrible shape running slow and not responding causing me to shut the computer down restart it when I walked into Scott's office I was met with a guy who truly loves to support and help people. Excellent experience. We have a problem Switch that we have had to have the charging port replaced in the past, and there were other functions on it that did not work since it was new. Scott took his time to work on it for us, and all of the functions work perfectly now. Thank you so much for your diligence and attention!

That shows how much you respect your work and have a follow through on both sides of providing the best service possible. I always go to Scott when I'm having a problem bc I know my stuff is being cared for, I'm not getting ripped off and I get to have a nice conversation with a friend. I'm not good at computers, phones or really any electronics and my time is better spent not making the issue worse trying to figure it out myself on YouTube! Guys! Owner Repaired my HDMI my series X and even went the extra mile to clean the inside of the console as well! Price was fair and work was done in a reasonable time frame compared to other local tech shops that ship your device to a 3rd party! Overall 10/10 experience!
