I did my research, took my time to understand what I needed in my replacement Mac and decided on Weliky Group and have not been disappointed. The positive feedback of recent purchasers was helpful as well. This was a large investment for me as I was accustomed to my 15 year old Mac Air but I knew I had to do it! This seller's descriptions, photos and products are all first class, professional and backed by 100% support post purchase while not all sellers deliver on their promises, unfortunately. All I had to do was connect to WiFi, download a few apps and I was good to go. My purchase appeared to be brand new, screen was perfect and all ports functional. Great seller and products!

Excellent customer service throughout the process. Went to eBay for refurbished Mac and could not believe pricing and selection. I had questions and received immediate response and assistance (Christmas Day) in helping me decide on my purchase. My upgraded MacBook Pro arrived quickly, great packing. My assigned tech rep assisted throughout the migration and checked in to make sure everything went well, Excellent machine and service. Purchased a MacBook Pro. It arrived in excellent condition, definitely above my expectations for a used computer. Excellent packaging and fast shipping. They were communicative and I felt like if I had any issues they would have been resolved. I would buy from them again and would recommend them to family/friends.

Very happy with the purchase we made for a Mac Book computer. Was sent the wrong computer initially but the customer service was great and the correct computer was sent very quickly. Its important to understand what you're buying. In our case, the package we purchased was a 2011/2012 model that had been upgraded. There were a few minor scratches and scuffs, but overall in very good condition and so far the computer has operated great. For $500 I feel like this was definitely worth the money and would buy again.

Awesome experience. My laptop came as advertised very quickly. I had a few questions that were responded to promptly with clear answers. The battery had an issue within a couple of weeks after purchase and they sent me a new battery for free with no questions asked. I will use them for all future Mac purchases.

I bought a Mac Book Pro which was upgraded to all 2019 specs with huge memory and blazing fast speed. It was like new. The price was amazing. Within 2 weeks I had purchased one for my daughter and another for my wife. They couldn't be happier. This is the absolute best place to buy a computer. They are very responsive and shipping was FEDEX, and fast. This is the first place you should go to buy a computer. Our 3 units almost cannot be distinguished from new. You will not be disappointed.
