Entre Computer Solutions

Over the years, I have worked with Entre employees and have attended Entre events and only have great things to say about the support and sales folks there. There was a time when I had stopped recommending their service center though. Matt Coletta was the reason I stopped sending friends & family to Entre's service center. I had recommended Entre to my wife's boss and she took her laptop to Matt in the service center for repair. During that process she experienced Matt making racist comments while she was picking up her laptop. Embarrassing since I had made the recommendation. I also worked with Matt and he was definitely one of those guys who thought he had intelligent things to say about political and race matters when in actuality he had nothing smart to say at all. Kind of a trend at this point with this ex-employee. So now that he is gone, I can recommend Entre for your technology needs.

Chose to leave this company after one poor review naming me regarding what "lives matter" that I was required to state by owners. Forced to charge clients full price for simple 2 minute repairs after holding their equipment 1-2 hours. I was never dismissed. Ask for the successor personally by name, he also quit months later yet they still keep him on their website in Service Department. First job I walked away from in 60 years.

All around good service. Nothing I can play about. Answered my questions got. Let me need in and out. I will definitely be back.

Matt Coletta there has a lot to say about "All Lives Matter" he seems to have a streak in him that I would hope isn't reflective of this place.

Best computer repair and consultation service in the area. Reasonable pricing for services.

Awesome, helpful and such a friendly Staff so go there.
