Love working with them and using their service!! We've had them for 4ish years now and always have good service. They always call me back asap and always help us when we need it.

Pleased with internet service. Moved near Macomb from Springfield, gave up blazing internet speed with horrible customer service with Comcast. Asked around ended up talking with Ryan and Buck in Macomb. I work mobile office from home and reliable fast internet service was a deal breaker. They set me up, everything on time and as promised. They did not solicit this review, I am first to complain with problems but wish to share good customer service when deserved. They are awesome and even set me up with a wireless access point in my detached garage that is very cool and fast. The advertised speeds are not as fast as Comcast but am pleasantly surprised and do not notice the differences when using work vpn, web meetings and my wife using Netflix all at once. Highly recommend Logonix service.

Great upload and download speed. Used service for work from home application including VOIP telephone and VPN network simultaneously. Did not have any connectivity issues with this service.

Went out of their way to fix a mistake, left here at 9:00pm. Thanks so much. Definitly 5 star service.

Goes in and out of working and won't get any calls back. Do not recommend.
