Michael did an amazing job helping me with the issue I had on an employee's laptop. He was incredibly quick to respond to my ticket and resolved the issue before the ink was dry--if you will! Our organization switched to BL approximately a year ago. BL not only provides IT services, the provide those services in a responsive matter. BL is proactive in regards to security and preparing our organization for infrastructure or software changes that may impact us. I would not hesitate to sign with BL again.

I have used Black Line IT(Brandon in particular) for almost 5 years now, server hosting for 3. In that time their staff has been incredibly respondent and have taken care of us in a very timely fashion. We have had little to no downtime. The little downtime we may have had was nothing to do with their hosting or service. However, it was their level of expertise and professionalism that put us back in service. Their response time and knowledge are incomparable to any other company I have worked with. Brandon is the absolute BEST! Goes beyond! I was frantic when he called (computer stuff scares me to death). He calmed me down, fixed my issue and found things we had in common to talk about while working so I wasn't just staring at a screen. Super nice guy and knowledgeable too (great combination).
