What a great team! I have had to work with several technical support companies but none like Sundog, they are very efficient and can help you with your requirements incredibly quickly. It is a pleasure to work with people who know, and they do.

Sundog's IT Engineers are reliable and efficient. They usually respond within 6-8 business hours and fix the issues promptly. They also check back to make sure everything is working well. I would recommend their services to other small to midsize companies.

Autumn, as always was very friendly and helpful! Even without being there in person, she could troubleshoot my dilemma (and one that popped up during the call) and help me use/update my iOS phone app authenticator (that isn't a work-issued phone but used for work). I love that Sundog and its engineers can also use all its tools to help guide me step-by-step through any tasks. With permission, they can remote login to my laptop and help me as I utilize apps, software, and hardware. Top-notch! Thanks for making work easier!
