Very good food quality and variety. Clean, cozy atmosphere, good service. Dined with a group of 5, and shared a lot of dishes. A couple people were new to trying indian cuisine, and they really enjoyed it. Everything was delicious and we all took home a styrofoam food container of what we enjoyed the most. They have rose lassi and rose icecream amongst other delectable items you don't normally find on a menu to try.

Wonderful restaurant with great food and service. The owner gave us some sweets for mother's day. Food was out of this world we ate every bit of it even my kids finished their whole meal which was surprising. Will be back if we come to this town again. Must visit place.

Another 5 star Rockford restaurant! We travel a lot and I have to say, Rockford has some seriously underrated cuisine! My husband got the lamb chops and loved them (he's very hard to please!) and I got the shrimp curry. We also got paneer masala, chili cheese naan, raita, and mint and cranberry chutneys for the table. Everything was fabulous and I cannot wait to go back. A new favorite!

The naan was absolutely delish - perfectly soft, fluffy, and slightly charred, making it the ideal accompaniment to the rich curries. And the samosas? Forget about it! They were crispy on the outside, filled with a flavorful and perfectly spiced potato and pea mixture - a true taste of heaven. Beyond the naan and samosas, every dish we tried was exceptional. If you want to see the most friendly and welcoming staff, you have to visit #Vanakkam This is the first time I tried Gongura Lamb and it was great! All meat is #halal. In addition to the regular #MangoLassi, they have #RoseLassi too. Latter is good for those who like a sweeter vs tangy #lassi. This place was amazing!! I've never tried Indian food before so I went with some friends to see how it was. So worth it! I got the Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan and it did not disappoint. Our waiter Koko was amazing. He was funny and provided great service! He even gave us a pot of super spicy sauce to try to see if we liked it And just as we were about to drive off he comes running out to give my friend her water bottle that she accidentally left. Service and food are amazing!!

The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the staff are very nice. My boyfriend and I both ordered the Tandoor Chicken (mine mild, his medium). It doesn't seem to come with any sides so we ordered basmati rice as well. The food took a while, and we noticed a large table near us suddenly received the same food we ordered. The other table accepted the food, then must have realized they didn't order it because they sent it back. Our food was delivered mere minutes after, so I just hope they didn't give us the food the other table might have touched because... gross. The chicken was not very hot but had decent flavor. Not as filling as I would have thought for it being a whole chicken.
