I really enjoyed the workshops (Communication and Effective Meetings & Poise and Composure)! A lot of the content I felt like was part of what I have already learned either at work or other professional situations, but Kirsten R. (our trainer) presented the material really well and they both were engaging programs. It was nice to have some discussion with other attendees in the workshop, too, because there is always something new we can learn from our peers. Kirsten had great energy and a very positive attitude, and she was very enjoyable to listen to. Overall I really appreciated the workshops and thought that they reinforced certain strategies and tips to help enhance our professional presence.

The session is an excellent session for new trainers. For seasoned trainers it gives good reminders and fresh perspectives on current habits and practices. The content is robust, yet simple. The facilitator was flexible, knowledgeable, and provided good constructive feedback. The small class size also allowed for great collaboration, networking and sharing of knowledge between participants. The practical sessions were most useful to me and the evaluations received has helped me to improve and hone my skills.

I recently participated in TrainSMART's 3-Day Train-the-Trainer Course In Chicago, IL. I found the course to be very informative and helpful in the training of others. The course instructor was very knowledgeable and easy to work with in a laid back classroom environment. Its a small classroom environment that allows you to work with small groups and take in lots of constructive criticism. It helped with public speaking, teaching how to read the type of audience and how to present your presentation to these type of audiences. How to begin your presentation with a bang and how to conclude and review what you have taught. Overall a very educational class in a fun environment!

Elana Centor was a fantastic trainer for our session. It was a small class so she tailored the content to match our specific needs and requests. The duration, content, location, building was all really perfect and met the needs I had for the class. It was both inspiring, fun, and educational. I would definitely take another class with TrainSmart. The thing that sold me on it in the first place, was that it is Women Run and the founder, Leslie, called me herself to talk through why I should take the class and how it would benefit my specific needs. She was kind and generous with her time and information. 5 big stars for TrainSmart!

I attended TrainSmarts Train-the-Trainer course. This training was well developed and the trainers were exceptional. Their knowledge and passion towards training and development showed making this one of the best and most useful trainings I have been too. As a new manager of Education and Development in the company I work for, the skills learned throughout this training have helped immensely. James B. did a great job facilitating the Presentation Smart: Presentation Skills Essentials Workshop. I find public speaking challenging and James made our group feel comfortable as well as shared tips/tricks on how to feel confident speaking in front of large groups.
