One of my favorite little parts. A great amount of trails that you can run around on for about three miles or so with lots of things to see. There are also a couple water pumps to fill up. It's usually a pretty packed place in the evenings with the soccer field but there is another pavilion farther up the hill that you can usually get to that's a lot quieter.

Joshua Sheldon

Fantastic unpaved trails. Nice change from tree canopies to open fields. 1 72 mile run or walk route wit a couple rolling hill points.

Great park with about 3 miles of trails that cross over. Slight elevations so no killer hikes but enjoyable. Park is well maintained and trails are in good shape year round.

First time here my granddaughter was taking some of her first, if clumsy steps with the help of a toy. Went back last week and ... I'll let the picture speak for itself. Will definitely be going here again with her. Especially after the wild blackberries are in season. She loves those

We walked a short trail. There are lots of picnic tables, two shelters and different trail options. There were a lot of insects. We followed a black Caterpillar for a few minutes.

Johanna Hughes Pribble

Beautiful place. Sometimes I'm a little creeped out though because it seems like the back parking lot usually has a lone van parked there with the engine running and someone inside. I usually tell a family member where I'm going before I hike here or have them watch me on google maps. Does anyone else get this feeling about this park?

Isaac Jensen

Nice little forest preserve with a couple of different walking paths. The longest one takes roughly 50 minutes to an hour. There's a couple of jump off points if you want a shorter walk. Football/soccer field, picnic areas, and an area to fly remote planes. Preserve appears to be well kept, and I take my dogs there pretty much year around
